Entertainment



Three TVs fill the home - a 55-inch in the main living area (streaming via Roku), a 55-inch with cable, and a 30-inch with cable for the third space. Challenge each other to pool in the basement, where kids' laughter and friendly competition set the evening tone. A mini fridge keeps drinks cold right where the action is.



Kitchen & Dining



The kitchen is stocked and ready for real cooking - a double oven, full-size refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and a knife block all come standard. You'll find baking pans, a roasting pan, mixing bowls, grilling utensils, and enough place settings for all 14 guests. A garbage disposal and generous counter space make cleanup after big group meals surprisingly painless. An indoor propane fireplace in the dining room sets the mood for every dinner.



Technology



Three TVs total - one 55-inch with Roku for streaming, one 55-inch with cable, and one 30-inch with cable. WiFi is available through the Breezeling network. Ecobee smart thermostat manages the climate from the kitchen.



Outdoor



The private hot tub sits just outside the side entry - it's the first thing that greets you after the walk down. Fire up the large hard-piped propane grill on the deck for cookouts with a mountain-and-lake backdrop. The upstairs deck extends your living space into the treetops. Note: no fire pit on this property.



Laundry



Full-size washer and dryer on site so longer stays stay fresh without a trip to the laundromat.



Community Amenities



Kelto Cabin is part of the Laurelwoods HOA and offers access to Big Boulder Lake Club - a genuine summer highlight. The heated community pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day, 10am to 6pm. Guests also enjoy lake swimming, a sandy beach, and tennis courts. Boat and kayak rentals are available at the lake club for an additional charge. Access passes are provided by the owner (up to 10 per year); additional passes can be purchased at the lake club for $25 per person per day. To get your passes, simply stop by the lake club office and mention the property address.



Amenities & Shared Spaces



The community dumpster is located at 376 Laurelwoods Drive for easy trash disposal. Fire extinguisher is mounted in the kitchen. CO detectors are present in rooms with fireplaces. Smoke detectors are working in every bedroom. Flashlight, broom and dustpan, iron, road salt, and snow shovel are all stocked for your convenience.



Guest Access:

Self check-in is easy - Entry is through the side door near the hot tub. A backup key lockbox is also available outside, at the front door. The host is available to assist remotely and can be reached with any questions during your stay.

Lake Harmony puts you at the center of some of the best outdoor recreation in the Poconos - and Kelto Cabin is a perfect home base for all of it.

★ Not ideal for guests with mobility limitations - 10 exterior steps to entry, plus two flights of 16 stairs to reach the top floor

★ 4WD or AWD vehicle strongly recommended in winter conditions

★ No smoking on the property

★ HOA (Laurelwoods) rules apply - please respect quiet hours and community guidelines

★ Propane fireplaces require pilot to be lit each fall season - contact host with any questions

★ Community pool access requires a stop at the Big Boulder Lake Club office upon arrival

★ No RV or trailer parking available on site
