I am always available whenever you have any question. You can reach me via the booking platform messaging app or email. You will also have access to my cellphone number after your booking. My co-host Tina will be available if I can not reply within the first hour.

Security

We have a smart lock and will be sending you an access code on the day before arrival.

For the security of our home, we have 4 security cameras outside, 3 are facing each of the 3 entrances to the house, and one camera faces the parking lot monitoring the bear box/trash area. We also have a ring video camera.

Inside, we have the ring alarm system for the security of the property. The 3 owner's closets (one on each floor) and the utility closet on the 1st floor is not accessible to guests. These doors are easily recognizable by the keypad on top of the doorknob and labels above the keypad.

Check in/ Check out

We are keyless; an access code to unlock the door will be sent on the day of arrival. The access code is inputted using the touchscreen keypad right above the doorknob.

Check-In: No sooner than 4pm EST
Check-Out: No later than 11am EST

PLEASE NOTE

Guests are required to sign our legal rental agreement and agree to a security deposit hold on the credit card no less than 48 hours before check-in to finalize booking. Emails will be sent with links to the rental agreement as well as a security deposit hold for your convenience. We will send reminders as well, to help prevent last minute cancelation of the booking.
