The house was perfectly cozy and easy to get to. The bedrooms and bathrooms were updated and comfortable. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, dishes and appliances but be sure to bring things like a vegetable peeler or aluminum foil and coffee if those are things you'll use. We'd would definitely go back.

Absolutely gorgeous ,spacious fully functioning, family-friendly, relaxing environment. Also surrounded by so many different activities and hiking opportunities. 100% going to become a yearly visit.

It was exactly as advertised. Perfect base for my family as we explored this region of the Poconos. Could easily accomodate two families with two kids each with all the kids in one room.

Well Worn Warrior

The property, and the home and furnishings were as depicted in the listing. Master bath was a pleasent surprise with a multi headed shower system, body sprays, etc.However, much of the cooking equipment needs to be looked at by the owner. Rusty cooking trays, non functional can opener (had to borrow the neighbors) miss matched everything ... flatware so thin i was afraid to hold it properly that it would bend in my hand.My wife and i both cook heavily, and we came prepared with our own kitchen knives, sautee pans and other stuff. There was just 1 small cutting board provided, for a home that is set up to sleep 8 to 10. Had we not come well prepared, expecting the worse,6 this would have really dissapointing.The outdoor grill needs a significant cleaning. Also the electronic ignition is broken, forcing me to toss a match in. One of my arms is now devoid of hair from "flashover".The beds were great. Warning to short folks, the bed in the master bedroom is VERY HIGH.Would we come back? Probably... i relise this is a short term rental. But note to the owner: please go throgh your kitchen equipment bery carefully and fix or replace what is needed.

Very well maintained home. Beds were super comfy. Bathrooms are very spacious. It’s a short walk to the lake and pool and also a restaurant. My family very much enjoyed our getaway!

Heat issues

I liked the house and location. The house was mostly clean, ceiling fans need to be cleaned. The heat was the main issue. We arrived Friday night after 6:30 p.m. and couldn't get the heat above 65. Messaged the property management the next morning because it was only 60 in the house on the main floor. This continued the entire stay, that the heat continued to be an issue. I contacted the management company 3 times from Saturday morning to Sunday morning when we left. They did send maintenance out but he couldn't see a problem with the heat at that time because we had the oven on and the fireplace, which did nothing. He said to just turn it up high so it would heat up but every morning it was back down to 60 to 61

Beautiful home in Fall

We loved this place! Was perfect for a short weekend trip with my kids. We loved the close restaurants but could have easily cooked. Beds are super comfortable.

Good location, in accurate description

Property was advertised as having a wood burning fireplace. Upon arrival discovered it was replaced with an electric insert which didn’t work. All communication was through a 3rd party rental group which was frustrating at times because they were unfamiliar with the nuances of the property and had to ‘submit a ticket’ when I had a question.

The stay was not the best. I {70 yrs } was there with my wife [70 yrs} my mother in law [98 Yrs} my son and daughter-in-law and 5 of my grandkids [16 to 2 yrs}. And all i got was a headache from the HMO and the home owner and almost evicted twice. If it was not of the security and the people of Vacasa who help with my stay. If i would have known that was a HMO, I would have never book the stay. HMO are nothing more then a pain in the ass. As per the security my kids was the best and had no issues with them.

Great location and lots of amenities!

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The house had everything we needed and was well stocked. It was a short walk to the lake area and heated pool, especially since we ended up with a cool, cloudy week, the kids enjoyed the heated pool. There were lots of lawn games and things to do in the community area.

Was clean and well stocked. Close to pool. Would have liked a map of property. Had trouble finding pool. Close to restaurants. Beds were comfortable and showers were nice. Would have liked basic cable TV. Had trouble figuring the streaming. Overall nice facility

Perfect Winter Break Getaway

My family and I had an amazing trip. The condo was updated and clean. Perfect amount of space for a family of 5 and so close to the mountain. A quick drive to restaurants as well, you can’t beat this location! They provided all of the amenities we needed for the week as well. We will definitely be planning another stay!!

Excellent stay and super thought amenities

The home far exceeded our expectations - super clean, crisp bedding, amazing baths and thoughtful amenities like loads of clean towels, laundry soap pods, and even Dove branded bathroom products! We would hands down stay here again. The only down side which impacted our ability to cook was a lack of pans. Only pan was a 4-inch one, and now brownie pan or anything of that sort. They did have an electric griddle but that's impossible to use for eggs, pancakes and bacon for the 6 people we had.

Great location and very clean

The property was very clean and had everything we needed. It even had bath products like shampoos and body wash and fresh towels, like in hotels. The bathrooms were new and renovated. Everything worked really well. The checkout process was effortless. The condo was super close to the mountain and very convenient for skiing. I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful spot

Beautiful unit. Close proximity to Big Boulder and had all the amenities and small touches that we needed for our vacay. Quick responses to communication and easy check-in. We’ll definitely be back.

Nice place!

Place was great! Updated, had everything you needed, good location. The only downside was the couch. It seemed broken and was not comfortable. When you sat in the corner seat, the whole chaise cushion moved. The other seats sank in and moved easily. We also found a Miller lite can in the bedroom dresser drawer upstairs. Overall, the place was clean (besides the beer can haha) and had great amenities!
