Our family group of 22 (ages 4-90) had a great Memorial Day weekend gathering. Despite the cool rainy weather, everyone enjoyed games and puzzles at the gorgeous long dining tables, playing ping pong & pool in the game rooms, grilling out on the balcony with a beautiful view of the lake and just hanging out with plenty of room to spread out.

The house was as big as described, however was not aware of the steep hill leading to the homes. One of the codes didn't work for the doors. There was snow and ice everywhere. Yes I know it's the Poconos, that's more the reason I was expecting it to be a little more cleaner outside. I wouldn't recommend using the homes In the winter.

Long weekend was amazing at the Eagles Nest! So close to all the attractions and big enough for our large group. Stay was perfect and every aspect was just what we were hoping for. Highly recommend!

Just stayed this past weekend for a family gathering with both my fiancée’s and my family and it was great getting to know/meet everyone! It was an amazing experience and the host has been such a tremendous help and such a quick responder! Always willing to give me input and also letting us to view his beautiful duplex beforehand for measurements for our catering. Can’t recommend this place enough, if you have a big family gathering you need to host, definitely check this location out! :)

Our recent stay at Eagle’s Nest Lodge was fantastic! This expansive lakeside home was the perfect setting for our family gathering of 25, offering ample space and comfort for everyone. The house is spacious with two full kitchens that made meal preparation possible for our large group. We also appreciated having dining tables large enough to comfortably accommodate everyone. The views of the lake from the house were beautiful.

Large family had great time, but prospective renters should ask and understand about parking, should thoroughly understand the limited handicap accessibility, should ask in detail about boating and beach access, and should be prepared to bring own utensils beyond silverware. Mgrs. may not always be in communication. All that said, our group appreciated the house, yard, and docks, and if one is prepared in advance this can be great. Check the cost, there may have been a 35% increase since we booked it.

Lake Harmony is aptly named. "Eagles Nest Lodge" is spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool table and the ping pong - and especially the lake, comfortable for swimming even in early July. Hiking trails are near by. Our last evening, rain and sun together created a double rainbow arching over the water.

We had the best time! We had a huge family reunion and renewed our vows and it was beautiful! The house is absolutely perfect for families to stay! Just be prepared bc there are A LOT of stairs! You’ll get your steps in though! The BEST views, fires at night, so much space for everyone and a GREAT location on the lake! Richard was so attentive and handled anything we needed! Highly recommend booking!!

The view and proximity to the lake is awesome. We had 20 people and easily ate every meal on the deck. It was a great set up. The rec rooms were a lot of fun. We rented kayaks and paddle boards nearby. The hosts were very attentive as the pool table was missing balls and they had them delivered immediately. We had 4 generations and everyone had a great time

The location was beautiful - right on the lake, quiet, great view. This house was perfect for our staff retreat. We were able to fit 27 people comfortably into the space with plenty of room to gather. The house was clean, the rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable. We appreciated the number of bathrooms. Plenty of tableware for our large group was awesome! The game rooms were a plus. We were close to lake activities, cafes and some restaurants and not too far from the grocery store. We appreciated the extra parking off site since the property could only accommodate six cars on site. The owners responded to all of our questions and provided us with suggestions upon request. An overall excellent experience!

My family and I came here to celebrate the memory of our grandmother and this lake house was perfect for us. We were able enjoy the beautiful view of the lake as well as boating, fishing, and swimming in the lake without any issues. The house was so spacious and comfortable for accommodating 38 people. The location was great to be able to do some hiking and enjoying the water park. I really had a great time bonding with my family and we are looking forward to renting at this location again. The LaBonge family were great host and I am so thankful for their help.

Eagles Nest was beautiful and comfortable. And so very spacious. We had plenty of space to stretch out. The children loved the arcade game and the ability to be inside without feeling too cramped. It was wonderful to have private and semi-private baths for each bedroom. The host was very attentive to communication. If you plan to cook in the home, just make a note to yourself that there are no spices or disposable goods like plastic wrap/tinfoil, etc. in the house. You’ll need to bring those with you. Also, please note the small print online that says sheets and towels are not provided. I missed that detail and that made it challenging for our out-of-state travelers. I would highly recommend this home.

We had three large families spend a weekend in December celebrating the holidays. We could not have been happier with the experience. There were 25 adults and we had more than enough room. We could have added more people. We never felt crowded. The house was very clean and set up in a way that allows everyone their own space, but there are also spaces for group gatherings. Make sure to arrange for the linen service ahead of time, which we did. They were very accomodating.

Family Christmas 30 people. We had a great time. Very clean, enough bedrooms for everyone and plenty of things to do for all. Definitely worth the stay!!!
