Wish we had stayed longer

My wife and other family members were only staying in the area for one night and were all familiar with Big Boulder & Lake Harmony. Initially we were let down by a couple of other renters (somewhat forgivable as it was short notice) but it proved to be a win for us as this property happened to be available - and honestly it should have been the first choice anyway!Everything was basically perfect and we could not pinpoint any issues whatsoever. Dominic as host, was very communicative and the information email he sent prior to the stay literally covered everything you could think of.Even though we were only there for just the one night, and did not cook, if we had done, then I can’t even think of anything that was missing. Sometimes you can rent a property and preparing a meal can become a challenge with missing important things you might need. Not here - it’s safe to say that the owner must feel the same way and clearly doesn’t want any guest to want for anything (I did rather covet rhe Phillies grill spatula!)Everything was extremely comfortable - all the furnishings were of an extremely high quality and it all just made sense in the space - again, the owner and his family clearly enjoy time spent here as well and it shows.We would happily rent this property again, and next time it will be for longer, I can guarantee it!

Great stay!

Location was great, with a quick walk to the lake and the pool. The kids had a great time. The unit was perfect for our family. Beds were comfortable, plenty of dishes and pots/pans. Owner was very responsive to questions. Great area to explore!

Very clean, organized, and decorated beautifully. All the amenities you can think of when staying with your family for the week. We meal planned and brought our own food. The kitchen had everything we needed and lots of space. Even better, it’s a short short walk to the private lake club, pool, and big boulder tavern restaurant. Kid friendly and great family atmosphere. Our boys fish, and girls very much enjoy taking their paddle boards out. We love it here! Will book again and again!

Wonderful family location

We loved our stay. The location is central to a lot of the Poconos attractions. Close to Jim Thorpe, Hickory Run, outlets, etc. The lake amenities were amazing for the kiddos.

Mountain Oasis

My husband and I were there for 3 weeks with guest visits. Escaped the heat of the city. The townhouse was spacious and had everything we needed, along with sheets and towels. Boulder lake club has a pool and a beach within walking distance, with plenty of chairs for all and plenty of activities. Dominic the owner replied quickly to any questions and concerns we had. Overall, it was a wonderful time there.

Lux Cabin Stay

The Lux Cabin was a beautifully updated place to stay. Plenty of room for our family of 5 adults and three children. Close to lots of nearby attractions and a quick walk to the beach/pool area of the community. We would definitely stay here again!

Boulder Lake Stay

My family had an incredible week here! The house was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved being able to walk the short distance to the lake/beach and pool. There were plenty of activities to keep our young kids busy both at the club and surrounding area. The owner was very easy to contact and the check in/check out process was nice and easy. Thanks for a great vacation for our family!

Recommend!

Very cute, clean place. The main bedroom on second floor has an extremely comfortable bed and quilt, total comfort. Kitchen had all the essentials, rooms are spacious, and bedrooms cozy. We had a few deer that kept coming to back of house and we loved them. Had a part of the faucet brake during our stay and the owner was very understanding about it. Everything that we needed was short drives away. The pool was nice but freezing, the sign said heated pool but it def wasn’t. Amazing little place, great for families spending time together. Thanks for the memories:)

Pocono family vacation

The property was perfect for my adult children and grandchildren. The was ample room for everyone. The house was stocked with accessories in the kitchen along with linens for bedroom and bathroom. The proximity to the lake was true to the description. Approx 3 minutes. We enjoyed all of the lake amenities. We rented kayaks, paddle boards and peddle boats. my grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed the trampoline platform on the lake. The property was close to markets for last minute supplies or food. Also hiking and a visit to Jim Thorpe. There were several more activities we didn’t have time for. We would do it again for sure. It was a great vacation for pictures and memories.

Great weekend getaway.

The house was exactly as shown in photos and described. We were a quick walk to the lake beach area where we spent our days, and right next door is the boulder view tavern we enjoyed. Another 5 minutes down the road you have the Lake Harmony town center. We enjoyed shopping and dining over there as well. Already thinking about what weekend we will rent again next summer!

Great Spot

The Lux Boulder Cabin was a great spot as “home base” for our Poconos exploration. It allowed easy access to local attractions - like Jim Thorpe and Hickory State Park. The walking trails around the complex are great space to take a nice walk in nature. The townhouse is beautifully decorated with many modern conveniences.

Autumn paradise

I lone this community nestled on Big Boulder Lake. It's in a convenient location to great hiking spots and fall foliage joyrides. This is the second time we stayed at this unit, and it's my favorite. We'll be coming back.

This property is cozy, tastefully furnished & decorated, and in an excellent location. It’s the kind of accommodation when on a perfect autumn day, all I needed to do was make myself coffee, sit, look out the house and feel relaxed & rejuvenated.

Great Few Days with Family

We had a great stay at the Lake Cabin. The cabin was exactly as described in the listing and there was plenty to do in the area. Our host gave use excellent recommendations on things to do and places to eat and will definitely be back!
