  • Summary:

    Welcome to Trout Haven at Eleven Mile! This true mountain cabin boasts hickory cabinets, tongue and groove ceilings, and amazing views! There is direct access to national forest right out the back gate. As spring approaches and the lake ice melts, the fishing at Eleven Mile Reservoir flourishes! Make the most of your getaway by renting a boat from the Eleven Mile Marina!



    The Space:

    Our guests will find the kitchen to be fully stocked with all of items needed to prepare a wonderful meal. Stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops lend a touch of elegance to this lovely cabin.



    The living room has three large picture windows, a wood burning fireplace, and a sleeper sofa. With two bedrooms and two baths, this home can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. The bathrooms have both been updated with the finest touches.



    Eleven Mile Reservoir offers year round world class gold medal fishing and beautiful scenery. Locals and visitors alike enjoy fishing the Dream Stream, and Eleven Mile is known as an ice fishing hot spot! Eleven Mile State Park boast numerous hiking trails. The beauty of this area is unsurpassed, and is ideal for nature lovers and fisherman alike. The Trout Haven Cabin is the perfect destination to truly escape the hustle and bustle of daily life!



    Please note that the garage is not available for guest use. Cell signal is very limited at this cabin. There is internet phone service available at the house, to be used primarily for emergencies.

Trout Haven

Beautiful property close to both 11 Mile and Spinney Mountain reservoirs. Trout fishing was amazing and the amenities at the property were fantastic. Beautiful cabin that Is easily accessible, is extremely well kept, clean, and comfortable for 4 adults. I would highly recommend this property for a vacation getaway.

Great little cabin and the location is amazing, very peaceful and quiet yet close to a lot of attractions. The Chipmunks, Jays and Magpies are entertaining to say the least, we saw Mule Deer and Turkeys in the backyard as well. Can't say enough about the cabin itself, best equipped we've ever stayed in. Would give it 6 stars if we could.

We love Trout Haven. We fish at Eleven Mile Reservoir and the cabin is great after a long day on the lake. Comfortable and cozy. We will make it a yearly trip and stay at Trout Haven

Thanksgiving getaway

We loved our stay at Trout Haven! It was a relax, recharge trip for my husband and I and everything was perfect except for the very cold temperatures outside. Even with the cold the cabin was warm and toasty.It even had everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving dinner

We love the property. This was our second time. We enjoy the quiet and how beautiful it is. Fishing all day at eleven mile and relaxing at the cabin was awesome

This is a beautiful home. It had everything we wanted. It’s rather isolated if you are not a fisherman. Very comfortable. We would highly recommend this place.

Good location, comfortable, beautiful view and abundance of chipmunks! Eleven mile canyon was great! Snowed on us on Pikes Peak! Made some great memories!

The property was wonderful! We had four adults stay & we were definitely comfortable. Everything we needed for an extended stay. We highly recommend it. The property manager responded very quickly to all questions. We plan to stay here again. Thank you for a great visit!

We had a wonderful time why we stayed. Out front is a few aspen trees that are homes to some of the prettiest birds. We just enjoyed sitting and watching them come in and out of the trees. The house was very nice and clean and just what we thought it would be and then some. Thank you so so much for a wonderful stay! We fished 11 mile and spiny we did not have any luck, but it seems that the fish are more active after sunset. We stopped by Terrall res on our way home and my mom caught 5 and my dad caught 4 right off the bat. If we ever decide to give 11 mile another try we will definitely try and stay at Trout Haven again.

Very Nice !

The house was very nice. I’d actually buy it, but it’s a ways to woodland park. Love the large windows ! It just too bad there’s not a better view. We did have the deer visit ! They need to make it a practice to launder all linens whether they appear used or not. I did not like that we couldn’t use the garage. That should be made clear. We never did find a key either ? Overall, it was a great stay. We truly enjoyed it !

Beautiful cabin

My family had a wonderful time, the cabin is beautiful! National park in the back yard! We had alot of fun and good gishing near the cabin. Was very clean, updated and everything worked great! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your beautiful cabin.

Time off in Central Colorado

Wonderful, comfortable property a little off the beaten path. It was well located to fish Eleven Mile Canyon, the Dream Stream...and to cruise up to the Tarryall Reservoir (beautiful drive). I would stay here again...
