Loved direct lake access and amenities (free kayaks with life vests, stand up paddle board, grills, firepit, small beach and swimming area. Staff was very friendly. Room was basic but clean. Noisy heating unit (we visited in October).

Friendly staff. Room clean. Property clean and loved the beachfront and deck over the water. Only cons: mattress was hard as a rock and only had 1/2 roll of toilet paper in the room.

Great spot on Lake George
Couldn’t ask for a nicer spot on the water. Great view and two minutes to the village. I am hoping to go again soon.

The view was amazing, staff was super nice. Room was clean and had fridge microwave and coffee pot. Only downside was the hill to get to the beach area but it was a private beach with a nice dock and kayaks available for use

The interior was sparkling clean and looked to be updated recently. The outdoor deck we had was nice, but looking up the deck above us showed some pretty serious rot. We saw a few very large ants while there. Nothing inside. Hot water quality and quantity was very very good with plenty of towels. We were there for Americade, so a word of caution. Because this property is right on the lake, the driveway to enter/leave is VERY steep. It is paved, but does have a few gulleys. It makes for a tricky exit onto busy 9N. If you're on a motorcycle, use the second entrance/exit not the first if coming from the south. Excellent pricing we had basically a 2 bedroom apartment. Will stay there again.

The Room’s cleanliness was immaculate. The Beds were very comfy. The office clerk was friendly and accommodating. We had a beautiful view of the lake with chairs and table right outside our front door. Our parking spot was right outside our room I absolutely loved our stay Also very quiet and seemed safe. My only suggestion is that hopefully in the future the owners could put either stairs or a ramp to hold on so that older people such as myself can walk down by the water to relax in the lawn chairs and use the kayaks and sit close to the water. The hill going down is a little scary to walk down. Did I mention kayaks? Yes you can even use the kayaks. I would go back and stay at this property again. All in all. Very Nice. Oh and we did have a fridge, microwave and there is access to a bbq grill if needed

It was a great location w nice private beach area and was wonderful to have access to various watercraft. My only complaint was the early check out time. 10 AM is too early when you are trying to sleep in, relax and not be in a rush

My wife and I were visiting a friend who lives in nearby Warrensburg for a few days and needed a reasonably priced place to “camp out” for a few nights. We were there just before the Memorial Day weekend so just before start of summer season. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We didn’t plan to do any water sports but it would have been too cold anyway even though the weather was perfect for our visit. Clyde, who was taking care of maintenance was very friendly. Views from here are spectacular I have to say.

Little piece of heaven!
Beautiful view of lake and balcony with table and chairs for outdoor dining. The free use of kayak was perfect and fishing from dock great!The room was spacious and shower very good. The bed was extremely comfortable. Overall,a wonderful trip !

It was so beautiful to wake up and see the lake/be right at the lake. The staff are wonderful and the ability to go down to the lake was great. They had a lot of water equipment and craft, a beachy area, fire pit and deck above the boat house. Wonderful nights to sip wine under the stars by the lake. Fabulous people and place!
