Room was dirty, cob webs, dead bugs smashed on the ceiling and walls, spiders under the counters. Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, paint peeling off of the ceiling in the bathroom. Shower heads leaked, had black mold on then as well. Light fixture was broken.
Charged $15 a day for an extra person, when we stayed in a room with 3 queen beds. Stayed with 3 adults and 1 child (5 year old). Max Room occupancy is 6 on the website.
Upon checkout, front desk employee told me that the manager was to busy to see me, I asked about the extra person charge and some type of discount due to the lack of cleanliness in the room. Manager told the front desk worker that they were to busy to see me. I checked out early on a Monday morning.
Only reason that I did not review “terrible” is because the room was cleaned after I complained. However, how do you allow this upon check in without some sort of quality control before. Would not recommend this place.
