"My son and I on a 3-day fishing trip on the St Johns River. Never had any contact with the host; and it turns out we didn't need any. Instructions were clear. We walked in and the place was all ready for us. Clean. Nicely remodeled older small home on the river. Great dock. Our Gheenoe cosied up nicely for the night. A friendly neighbor gave us great fishing tips. "

"The interior of the house was very nice. Great new appliances, sinks, toilets, countertop, washer and dryer, etc. Nice patio and dock. Didn't catch anything, but was very relaxing and if one catches fish, it's all set up to clean it. It's very quiet. The water pressure wasn't ideal. The only minor thing was that there weren't any dishwasher pods, so I had to wash everything by hand. And the silverware was pretty dirty as well as the organizer. And the bottom of the trash can too. "

"this was the worst place we stayed on our trip biking up Florida coast. the two "futons" are couches that are not anyway a place for anyone to sleep. did not see any air mattresses. You couldn't pay me to use the "single serve" coffee pot, no glasses, no ice, the sheets were stained. This place was so over priced compared to other places we stayed.
