"We stayed the week of July 15-22 and loved this property. We had 6 adults and our 2 granddaughters, ages 22 months and 15 months. The gigantic yard was perfect for the grandkids, and we had a pontoon and small fishing boat along, so we appreciated the dock. The house itself was very clean with an open floorplan, and stocked with coffee, dishwasher and laundry soaps, a high chair and pack n play, and many other necessities. "My Dad’s funeral was today. My parents have lived on Houghton Lake for 20 years, but we decided to rent from this host to free up room in their house for other guests. Property was immaculate, every amenity one might forget was available at the property, and they left an amazing apple/ caramel pie for us. There is a fire pit in the fenced in yard and wood is provided. They even allowed us to extend our stay way past the normal checkout time as I requested based on the timing of the funeral. I...

"We used 5 of Jeremey’s Higgins Lake cabins and They exceeded our expectations! They are clean, updated and had everything we needed for our family weekend stay. The short stroll to the lake was such a bonus. We watched a gorgeous sunrise. All together the communication with him was prompt and he was happy to answer any & all questions through the process. "The cabin is clean and comfortable and located right next to Mitchell state park and in between lake mitchell and lake Cadillac. Pasty shop next door and burger king right in front. Place is in a peaceful spot even though businesses are very close. We would definitely stay again! Thank you"

"Communication with property owner / manager was prompt and friendly. Property was in great shape and well stocked with all the necessary amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. The cottage was clean, well furnished with necessities and all the comforts of home and stocked with things to relax with. Games, book, puzzles, bonfire pit, we loved every minute.
