Great experience!

Mike and Tanya’s townhomes are gems!! The properties boast a bit of luxury while being comfortable. Having bathrooms in both bedrooms plus the half bath downstairs was great. Its location can’t be beat and Mike and Tanya are attentive hosts!! I will seek to rent from them again on future trips.

Great location to get everywhere worth going.

We had both sides of the duplex and it worked out great for our multi generational family. It had everything we needed and more. Mike even made accommodations for my non verbal autistic grandson by putting books and games up and away at my request. Above and beyond!

Check in/out was easy. Everything was in pristine condition. The host was informative and answered all questions I had in a timely manner. The rental is located in a great area, just minutes from most restaurants and area attractions. I would highly recommend.

Very nice stay

Everything was clean and well thought out. Home has plenty of room and is decorated nicely. I have stayed at many of these rentals and I can say this one was one of the best.

Beautiful, well stocked, peaceful, and close to all things the beautiful city of Lake Charles has to offer. The Welcome Book is thorough and has information for anything you need to know.

Great Property!

The property was perfect for our purposes. We had family who were able to stay in both sides of the townhouse for a family reunion. The extras like the included breakfast ingredients for the first morning were very welcoming. Would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and nice townhome

The townhome we rented was very nice and clean. It was centrally located and was within 10 minutes of every ball park and restaurant we went too. The owner went out of his way to guarantee a nice stay and the extra amenities were such a nice touch. We will definitely rent here again when we return to Lake Charles.

I was beyond impressed with the owners and the home.

I would highly recommend it to anyone needing a home away from home. The little things from snacks to eggs juice milk biscuits. The kitchen it's stocked with coffee and my favorite hot tea. Close proximity to shopping restaurants casinos in the golf course.

Mardi Gras Ball weekend with a little business thrown in.

This place is just what you see, AMAZING !!!! It is so cute and so well decorated. It has everything you would need, even more that makes it so much like home you won't want to stay anywhere else again. So clean, well set up for a family, two couples, or a small girls weekend. Plenty of room to relax and spread out. Each bedroom having its own bathroom is a definite plus. It is very centrally located to everything: shopping, restaurants, casinos, downtown. I will be making regular trips and stay in any of their units. Mike was very good at answering any questions I had and those were silly ones. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Well equipped and extremely clean.

I have stayed in rentals all across the US and I can say that this home had everything we needed. Our hosts had snacks provided for us and food in the refrigerator for breakfast. Never had that happen before. We will stay here again when we come to this area.

Nice, clean house, friendly and convenient area. Owners were very friendly, even met up with a friend of mine afterwards to return a blanket I left. We will definitely use this rental again.
