Groot's Treehouse

We absolutely loved our stay at Groot's Treehouse. Everything was perfect. The house was super clean and well suited for our dogs with its fenced backyard. Betty and Jordan were super nice and very responsive and helpful. Great neighbors. We were there for 30 days and the generator came on automatically within 10 seconds on the several occasions when the power shut off. We could not have been happier with our stay!. Jim & Sandy.

Positive experience

This was an amazing and wonderful experience. Host had everything in order with wonderful outline and organization of household with binder and labeling of everything making it easy to manage. There were 7 adults during our booking seeking cabin for weekend with focus on fishing local lakes but wouldn’t mind just coming for weekend with family.

Enjoyable stay.

First time heading to Arrowhead. My group of friends typically head to Big Bear but this time we decided to give Arrowhead a try. I was pleasantly surprise with the location. We all enjoyed the house and will definitely stay at this location again. Pictures are accurate and the host Betty was pleasant to chat with.

Fantastic Rental!

We had 6 adults and one infant stay. We also had additional family come up for dinner and to hang out. Our dog is a runner and didn’t jump their fence. The hot tub was a great escape. The kitchen was filled with everything you could possibly need to cook meals. Everything was clean! We paid additional for the laundry and totally worth it. We would like to return someday. The owners responded quickly when we could not find the play pen. There were plenty of towels. I have stayed at other ABNB and this placed topped it all with everything it offered.

A True Gem in the Forrest

What an amazing stay! Nestled in the Forrest with all possible amenities that were clean, thoughtful and cozy from check in to check out were all well noted and appreciated. Highlighted ammenities that enhanced our family experience were the lighted jacuzzi, kitchen surprises like wine and cookies and food to feed the ducks, board games, game room and smart TVs and a heated and cozy secure cabin during the windy and cold conditions. Overall we would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Lake Arrowhead!

Perfect family retreat

Our stay at this house was absolutely amazing! The cozy atmosphere and kid-friendly layout made it a perfect getaway for our family. The fenced yard provided a safe space for our pups to roam and play to their hearts content, we truly loved being able to bring them with us!! The owner's attention to detail and excellent communication added to our wonderful experience. Incredible Stay

This home offers it all: space, cleanliness, all your household needs. Truly appreciate all the clean towels and the heat warmer for the towels to enjoy the brand new outdoor spa. The downstairs bath is beautiful with all the space you need to accommodate your home brought toiletries. The linens were clean and the house has plenty of space for a family with people of all ages. Our family enjoyed cooking and using the bbq. The outdoor space is beautifully set up to enjoy for people of all ages. Truly recommend to family under 10 people. My only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer. Betty is a great host and responds quickly to any questions you may have. Thank you Betty.

House was clean. Kitchen well stocked with necessary items to include dog dishes. Upstairs kids room was large and inviting for our 4 children. Easy drive to lake and village. Overall house was very comfortable.

Best stay for families with kids and pets

This place is not only beautiful and clean, but also so well thought out for children and dogs. It is equipped with sooo many games and essentials for dogs (bowls, treats and the fenced yard was so nice). The playroom with the daybeds was my favorite wonderful for all of us to hangout all together. Quiet neighborhood. 10-15 min drive away from everything! Good communication throughout with the host too.

Weekend in the mountains

This was a wonderful property, everything as listed. The owner was helpful and responsive. Fully stocked kitchen, great kids room. The only disadvantage we found was no washer and dryer. We would definitely stay again!

Great home with Fun family activities

Great communication with host.Everything was labeled and organized, made it very easy to find what we needed.We did take our own disposable plates/cups.BBQ grill was definitely a plus. Jacuzzi was nice and warm just the weather was a little chilly to be able to enjoy for a long period of time. Chimney was small but mighty kept us warm throughout our stay.A lot of games and activities for the kids.There was really nothing negative only thing I can think of is I wish the checkout was at a later time but I managed to get my group out on time . Overall we had a lovely time and enjoyed the spacious home. Thank you Betty and Groot

Amazing Gateway

We went there for the weekend. The house is so well organized, labeled and clean, we were very happy that we pick this house. The host was super nice and responsive. If you are looking a place to relax, drink your wine 🍷,listen song of pine trees in clean jacuzzi ,then have your dinner on backyard, you like to sit in cold weather with heater on back porch, watch the starts in silence, this is perfect place for you. Grocery, CVS , lake and town is very close. Fenced backyard was a adventure for our dogs . They were freely enjoy the weather. We had plenty games to play with friends. Perfect for family with kids too. We will definitely come back…

Short getaway.

The whole stay was just what we wanted. Everything was as advertised and Betty was very helpful and responded to all my texts. It was a beautiful house and setting. We were close to the lake and the village for dining. Lots of good hiking trails also. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
