Welcome to The Mod Lodge! A mid-century modern cabin with a Hot Tub Time Machine that brings you back to the 60s! This Lake Arrowhead A-frame cabin has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Retreat to the mountains and allow us to help create a memorable experience for you and your guests! Four parking spots, Hot Tub, Central AC/heat, Nest Thermostat, EV Charger, plenty of outdoor seating and dining, gas BBQ, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, Samsung Smart TVs, and more!

The Mod Lodge consists of three levels. You will enter on the main level which is up a short flight of stairs from the driveway.

On the entry level you’ll find the main living space. The open floor plan seamlessly combines the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The living room has been thoughtfully designed and decorated to provide guests with a great place to unwind indoors–it's equipped with a gas fireplace and two sofas and a dining room table with 6 chairs. The kitchen features Retro Big Chill appliances straight out of the 60s and all the essentials such as a Keurig coffee machine (pods included), a toaster, plates, utensils, pots, pan and more. Additionally, the main living space has two bedrooms (one with a King size bed and Samsung Smart TV and one with two Twin size beds) and one retro-inspired bathroom.

Right off the living room is the main access to the deck featuring plenty of outdoor seating with additional access to another deck on the side of the house where you’ll find a hot tub and gas grill for all the family barbeques! Lastly, there is an outdoor dining area with seating for 6.

On the 3rd level, you’ll find one bedroom with a private balcony and a half bath. On the lower level, you’ll find a large room with two pull out sofas and another full bathroom.

There are Samsung Smart TVs in the living room and two bedrooms.

Additionally, the home features Central AC/Heat and a Nest Thermostat, EV Charger (Tesla Wall Charger, please bring your own adapter if driving an EV with a different connection), a record player, smart lock, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, laundry detergent, towels/linens, complimentary toiletries, shampoo/body wash, hangers, hair dryer, board games, books, keyless entry, baby gates, and much more.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house, indoor and outdoor. This includes the garage where you can park a car if needed.
Other things to note
Located near the Lake Arrowhead Country Club and a short drive to Lake Arrowhead Village, this three-story home is just ideal for your next family vacation! You'll find great access to plenty of entertaining, family-friendly activities in the area and all the comforts of a home away from home.

Parking is limited to 4 vehicles max and garage access is included.
Guests are responsible for setting AC/heat to 60 upon departure.
Guests are responsible for setting Hot Tub to 80 degrees upon departure. Hot Tub takes a few hours to get hot so plan accordingly.
If guests use BBQ guests are responsible for turning off and covering when it cools down.
