A newer sofa that turns into a bed on main level. The master suite with other fireplace is downstairs on the lower level. Front closet, cathedral ceilings, stainless steel appliances in kitchen w/lake and garden view, mood lighting with dimmers in many rooms. Pet kennel. Private & serene in exclusive neighborhood, for important people who need to get away from it all! Walk along the streets with the amazing view of the lake! Close to all of the ski resorts! Amazing hiking and trails all closeby! Close to Lake Arrowhead Village! Only 1hr. 55 mins. from Los Angeles. You can commute to work or work here remotely! Please inquire about pet policy. Pets are allowed for a fee. Sorry private boats only allowed for homeowners. Washer and dryer in home. Snow resistant spiral stairs, lead you down to this lovely home nestled in foliage. Please clean fireplace, and remove ashes to can on porch.

Newer Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen with all stainless steel appliances is a tasty amenity. Pots and pans galore along with any electronic kitchen gadgets necessary for a terrific meal or get together including, blender, toaster, microwave mixer, Keurig and regular coffee pots and more.

Technology: Brand new 70in Samsung smart tv! A 40 inch flat screen HDTV, one with DVD. Spectrum Wireless high speed internet. Spectrum cable, on demand, and apps are available for watching as well.

Rules, Regulations and Laws:
Your required signature of the agreement acknowledges your acceptance and agreement with the following “rules and regulations”:
Tenants will take reasonable steps to assure that property occupants adhere to the Rules, Regulations and Laws that affect the property including the Arrowhead Lake Association and San Bernardino County Rules and all other ALA, county and state regulations.
-Guests have access to the lake or the beach for swimming; however only 6 guests at a time. A wrist band is required for renters to access the beach which is obtained at the Arrowhead Lake Association STR office. Guests may obtain access to the lake for fishing with a license, various charters, Mackenzie water ski school options, and the riverboat. Privately there may be residents that will take you out on lake.
-Upon booking I need the full name and email address of every adult guest so a waiver can be sent for your signature from Lake Arrowhead Association to gain access to the Lake, Trails and Beach.
Guests will follow standards of general cleanliness.
Deposit and cancellation Policy:
An initial $300.00 refundable security and damage deposit is required upon booking and signing the agreement or a fee for damage coverage can be paid through VRBO for $59.
Payment in full is required upon booking. If cancellation is necessary, it will follow the current cancellation policy. There are no cash refunds unless provided by the booking vacation rental website or your own trip insurance. Reservations not paid in full by the due date shall be subject to cancellation. Owner reserves the right to offer rebooking dates based on high or low season and availability.
There are many other public trails and various ways to access the lake and have lakeside dining, boat rides, waterskiing, etc. in the village. There is also an unrestricted public beach use at Lake Gregory nearby with waterslides and paddleboats.

- Guests will leave household items and furniture as they find them
- Guests will leave house tidy, requiring only surface cleaning and laundry, and will remove sheets from beds used, replace comforters on beds, take out trash, and leave only clean dishes in both dishwasher and sink.
- Please note we do not have access to any docks they private property.
Reservations are subject to government restrictions and may need to be rescheduled if these tighten.
There are no cash refunds. If the booking cannot be used for the reserved time, a 72 hour notice is required for cancellation, or entire booking is subject to forfeiture, but the reservation can be transferred to another party for the current booking. Reservations not paid in full by the due date shall be subject to cancellation.
We are taking extra sanitizing measures and spacing out our guest visits for the safety ad comfort of all guests.

Reservations are subject to any government restrictions or weather related problems and mandates and may need to be rescheduled if these occur as possible.l
