"Our group loved our stay at this location! Waking up and ending the day to such glorious views of the landscape and ocean was the perfect vacation. Just a short distance to Doolin, the Aran Islands, and the Cliffs of Moher, as well as Galway and the Burren, we had more day trips planned than we had days to explore. The house also had a fantastic kitchen, which we were able to utilize on a couple nights when the weather was too rainy or foggy. Super comfortable house for our large group."

"The house is bigger than it looks in the pictures. It has everything you might need. The sitting room is amazing, surrounded by windows so you are looking at the Burren from the sofa. "We made the barricks property our home base for our family group of 9 while exploring Ireland and could not have asked for better accommodations! The restored property is absolutely beautiful! Our lovely host, Marion, shared the rich history of the barricks with us and we were amazed at how much work went into restoring the property. "This property was a beautiful Coastal Cottage with all of the amenities, close to beaches and cliffs. A quiet little town with lots to do. It was so cozy and relaxing…our only complaint is we didn’t book enough time there. We loved it!"

There was a lot of space for my family, each of my teen children getting their own room. Then there were very nice common spaces. The kitchen is very updated. The house is very close to downtown Ennis. We walked down there for dinner and walked to the grocery stores as well.
