Great beach vacation

This was a great spot for a family beach vacation. The north end of the beach has low surf for kids to swim, and when the surf is low, the south end of the beach has easy snorkeling right by the shore. The north end of the beach has better snorkeling, but you have to swim out a ways to get to the good stuff. The pools are good too for when the kids get sick of the beach or if the surf is too high. We saw four sea turtles in total while snorkeling!Things to be aware of:- To eat breakfast at the Gazebo, people start lining up an hour before it opens (this was during spring break), so we didn't bother.- The other restaurant on the property doesn't have good vegetarian options. Being vegetarian in Maui is tricky in general. Joey's kitchen is just a few minutes away though, and was great. The market in the same strip mall had plenty of stuff for us to cook and eat in the unit, and the unit is well equipped for cooking meals.- There is a plentiful supply of (small) roaches. I get the sense this is somewhat inevitable in a tropical location but it was disconcerting to open the cutlery drawer in the morning and see 1-2 roaches scatter. I ended up rinsing everything before using it. - The check-in time is late in the day (4pm), and the desk closes at 5, so if you want to avoid having to call security, the check-in window is a little narrow.- When the surf is high, in the middle of the beach the waves can reach all the way to the wall, so don't leave your stuff on the sand.

Very nice. Enjoyed the stay. Very clean, very basic. Only 2 negatives were the occasional cockroaches in the kitchen cabinets ( not easy to stop those critters considering the tropic environment ) so thats ok...but the inability to make the room COOLER than 70 was not enjoyable. We were hot. I give it a B

Nice Condo

The condo is very clean and has just about everything you need. The sound of the waves are just wonderful to listen to. When you don't want to go out for dinner or cook having two good restaurants on the premises is great, plus they do take out. Napili Shores is a great place to stay.

Spectacular views

This Napili shores H266 unit was absolutely fantastic the views of the ocean were amazing the up keep of the grounds were amazing. Restaurants were very good. Two pools and a hot tub awesome as well. There is not one bad thing about Napili shores.

Home away from home- with an amazing view

We loved our stay at Napili Shores. Great deck with a fantastic view and easy to get in and out to various locations, too. The Gazebo was the reason we knew about this place- after coming to the restaurant, I knew we needed to stay in this relaxed, peaceful place with an unparalleled restaurant! We were not disappointed. We loved unit H233- air conditioned, great view and deck, comfortable bed. We'd love to see higher seats on the deck so plants don't block that view, and some general updating/deep cleaning on the interior. We asked for a bath/shower safety mat (were told not to contact front desk, but to use iTrip communications). Respose was "I'll have to go get one and bring it over", which made us feel like we were imposing. We DID get the mat delivered, that same day, and made a point to say thanks, because it was a safety issue for us. Never heard another word from iTrip during our stay until check out time. Thank you for a great stay in this lovely, laid-back place. We were there for two weeks and enjoyed it very much.

Great condo…

Very nice view from lanai. Unit was clean. We had a couple of small issues arise during our stay but the management company responded quickly to make things right. We enjoyed our time at Napili Shores.

Great Stay with. View by the Gazebo Restaurant

As frequent visitors to Maui, we always seek new experiences, and this condo in the Napili area was a delightful discovery. The comfort of the one-bedroom accommodation, along with two sleeper sofas in the living room, provided the perfect setting for our small family. What truly captivated us was the stunning view of Napili Bay, a scenic backdrop for our morning coffee and a constant reminder of the island’s beauty. The proximity to the Gazebo Restaurant, known for its fantastic breakfasts, added a special flavor to our stay. The easy access to Napili Bay Beach, a haven for boogie boarding, made our vacation especially enjoyable for the kids. Despite encountering a few minor issues, the host’s prompt and efficient resolution ensured our stay was seamless and enjoyable. Amazing location for a family stay!

Great condo!

This was a perfect condo for the two of us, had everything we needed in the kitchen (including a working blender, coffee pot, etc) and is located within a short walk of the beach. Two beach chairs and and umbrella included. Nice view of the ocean from the balcony also!

Soul soothing environment

We have been to this Napili Shores several times. We have spent time in building A and building C and find that building H suits us perfectly. Love a one bedroom, especially second level overlooking the bay. We’ll definitely come back.

Great little place

Perfect spot for a trip to Maui. No need for a car, we used the local buses, right on the beach, even a fabulous breakfast spot right there and a great bar a nd restaurant at the other end of the beach. It's perfect for a simple apartment.

Wonderful stay at Napili Shores

The unit was clean and ready for us, with everything we needed. Nice view from upstairs, loved the H building close to the water. It has such a perfect location near the bay and with the Gazebo restaurant and pools. This was our second time at Napili and won't be our last. Thank you for an easy trip.

We loved staying in this one bedroom condo! Everything was perfect except you can only see the ocean when standing on the lanai. It would be nice to have the view while sitting but the trees block the view. Overall we were very pleased and loved staying here!

Fun time!

Spent a week here and enjoyed it immensely. The pools were not crowded and the beaches (Napili and Kapalua) are just beautiful beyond description. And the Gazebo restaurant makes some of the best macadamia nut pancakes you have ever tasted. 🙂 Hope to go back.

Maui Wowee!

Spent a week in Napili with my family. Heaven on Earth! Our condo (H-266 ) was spotless and well-stocked. The location on Napili Bay was fantastic and having The Gazebo right on property was a bonus. My only suggestion would be to replace the pullout sofa mattress. It has definitely seen better days. Mahalo for a wonderful stay!

Amazing Location on one of the most beautiful beaches. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time. The location of the condo can’t be beat. Steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches. The condo worked great for a family of 4. My only complaint would be that the plumeria trees behind the condo have grown so tall that they block the view when you are sitting on the lanai. A bar height table outside would be a great idea to see the ocean while sitting outside, but that wouldn’t deter me from staying again. The location is unbeatable.
