We had an amazing spring break stay at this Maui condo—perfect for our family of four. It’s the little things that really stood out: super soft towels, plenty of fans to keep the air moving, and light-blocking shades that made sleeping in easy after long beach days. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with more cooking utensils than we expected, which made meals simple and enjoyable. The beds were big and very comfortable, and the beautiful tile shower was a nice touch after a day in the sun. We also appreciated the extras like plenty of beach chairs and a cooler—everything we needed for fun without having to rent anything.The location couldn’t have been better—close to great local restaurants, shops, and beaches, all just a short drive or walk away. The view from the condo was beautiful, and one of our favorite parts was seeing tons of sea turtles every evening—it made the experience feel truly special. The pool area, outdoor grills, and cooking space were fantastic for relaxing and enjoying meals outside. The grounds were clean, well-maintained, and inviting. Communication with the host was quick and easy throughout the stay, which made everything seamless. Overall, this place is centrally located, thoughtfully equipped, and perfect for a family getaway. We would absolutely stay here again.

The condo was a really nice place to stay with my wife and 18 year old daughter. We loved the views from the balcony. There are so many sea turtles swimming just off of the beach. So beautiful. The condo was very clean and very nice. There is plenty of stuff to do close by and was very easy to get around by car. Would recommend this condo to anyone wanting to visit Maui. Can't wait to come back.

Unreal stay—already dreaming of coming back!

This condo was everything we could’ve hoped for and more. The views? Absolutely breathtaking—waking up to the ocean every morning felt like a dream. The space itself was in perfect condition, super clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable, easy stay. The bed was insanely comfortable (which, let’s be real, can make or break a trip), and every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of. It truly felt like a home away from home, just with way better scenery. Can’t wait to come back!

Incredible Stay

I can’t say enough great things about this property. The decor and layout were thoughtfully done to make everything lovely, comfortable and convenient. The balcony has a stunning view and was perfect for watching the whales off the coast. It was very well equipped with everything we needed and wanted. Patricia was kind enough to call and make sure our stay was comfortable. We love this unit and can’t wait to return!

A little piece of paradise

We had a great week here and so sad that we are already back home. The view on the lanai was every bit as wonderful as the pictures show! The condo complex is small and quiet too making for a very peaceful stay. Patricia was wonderful and even called to check up on us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. All in all this condo was a wonderful home away from home that we used to relax and take in all the beauty that Maui offers!

A Magical and Enchanting Stay

This was a most charming, well equipped, clean, and comfortable condo with a spectacular view overlooking the ocean and lovely landscaping to watch sunrise and sunset from. We thoroughly enjoyed observing and listening to the waves, as well as sighting sea turtles and whales from our balcony and garden in front. A truly magical and enchanting place to stay!

Enjoyable week before the holiday

Had a nice time with family. Surf was high so beach wasn’t usable for the young kids but the sandy area above it was lots of fun for them. Walking distance to public park beach when they wanted access to water. Beautiful views including whales splashing, and rainbows over the water each day. Clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood in general, some road noise. Convenient grocery and other food options with fresh fish.

December Vacation

This was a wonderful place to stay with the family. Kids liked: upper floor single beds, pool, property grounds for playing and obviously the ocean views with whales and dolphins in sight. The condo has good AC when you need it, well stocked kitchen, beds are comfortable, washing machine works great, overall there is everything you need for a fantastic time. There are information packages provided by the host ahead of time which were great and easy to follow. Location is great, a very short drive to some local restaurants, bakery, park, and easy to access the family friendly beaches within 5-10mins. Some things to think about when visiting. We went in the ocean from the condo everyday, but depending on the season and how the beach comes in, the water may be right at the steps making it a bit tricky to get into the water with the waves. At night, the main bedroom does get some traffic noise - so you may want earplugs. Also, we found the upstairs cooler at night than downstairs due to the nice airflow from the fans. We want to go back, it was very enjoyable. 5/5! Thanks!

Gorgeous Condo

We absolutely loved this condo. You could tell that so much though was given to the way it was set up. The two sink bathroom was so convenient as well as all of the storage under the stairs. It made a great use of the space. The kitchen was roomy and very well stocked. We look forward to returning to this very special place.

Exactly what we were looking for

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Upon arrival our family of 4 was welcomed by an amazing ocean view and an immaculately clean condo. We were greeted by double rainbows over the ocean several mornings and the sunsets were gorgeous each night as we relaxed on the spacious lanai. The beds were all comfortable, and the kitchen well stocked with cookware, appliances and basic pantry needs. There were plenty of towels and we used the beach chairs and boogie boards to enjoy the little beach out front. The pool was great for my son who preferred swimming in fresh water. It was fun to swim with sea turtles right out front and to walk down to the food trucks and fish market. We also enjoyed the lending library by the pool and Patricia checked in to make sure everything was going well and she was lovely to chat with. We sincerely hope to return in the near future.

Wonderful Stay

We did a lot of research for the best place to stay in Maui and we were so happy to find this place. Beautiful well kept property in a great location. The condo really has everything you need to hang out on the property or head out for a beach trip. It was clean, comfortable, and cool inside. We were able to enjoy the water out front and snorkeling near the rocks during low tide. We saw more turtles here than on the turtle town excursion. The pictures don't do justice to the amazing view you experience.

Amazing place

My family and I loved this condo. The view of the ocean and Lanai from the balcony was the best! The sunrises and sunsets are unforgettable. The condo was well stocked with supplies for cooking and eating and the location was perfect. So much to do and see within a 15 minute drive. We will definitely try to come and stay again at this condo!

Vacation in paradise

We had a amazing time on our family vacation. The condo was clean and cozy and nicely updated. The view from the lanai was spectacular. The beds were very soft and comfortable. The kitchen well equipped. Mother Nature didn’t provide us much beach during our stay but it didn’t stop us from jumping in the water every available opportunity to swim and snorkel. We saw so many sea turtles! It was magical! We can’t wait to return to the Hoyochi Nikko!

Whales, turtles and sunsets, on my!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The highlight was the ocean view getting to see lots of whales right from the lanai, gorgeous sunsets as well as the turtles just off the shore. The condo was incredibly clean with a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and supplies for the beach (umbrella, chairs, boogie boards and cooler). All communication with the host was quick and seamless. We hope we can go back one day in the future.
