Excellent Villa in Kannapali

Wonderful stay at the Westin Nanea. Very clean, spacious, beautiful 2 bedroom villa with lovely partial ocean view from the balcony, and excellent location on the beach. Plenty of BBQ's and hotel staff are very friendly. The concierge was very helpful and gave us great tips.Only negative for us was there was no adult only pool. There is one adult plunge pool for adults, but it is very small and the 'adult only' was not enforced and there were kids in there playing with squirt guns. We walked next door to the Westin Ocean Villa's (which you are welcome to use their facilities) and used there pool and found the pool to be less crowded and more chairs available.

Family Friendly

This was a great rental for our family traveling with children age 7months to 9 years old. The outdoor patio, living room, dining table and full kitchen allowed us to get groceries and cook for the kids. The beach is beautiful and the kid waterside was a hit!

Fabulous Mother & Daughter Trip!

My daughter and I recently stayed at the Westin Nanea Villas in Maui and had an incredible time! The property was amazing, the 2 bedroom condo immaculate, the pool and beach fantastic and we had just an amazing time. We rented a Jeep and explored the beauty of the island and even took surf lessons through Outrageous Surf - fantastic! We are definitely looking forward to our next trip and thank you for being so accommodating.

Terrific summer week vacay in Maui

We visited Maui early in July to celebrate our older one’s 16th birthday! She was blown away by the surprise :-) We rented a 2bed condo from VRBO and it was just right- plenty of room in the kitchen/dining/family room areas for everyone to hang out during the mornings. Super clean and comfy beds in both bedrooms for a restful night. Unit had everything we could have asked for to make it a comfy stay! The resort is wonderful and pools were plenty! Staff was wonderful and the on site pool bar and restaurants had some wonderful food/drink choices. Beach was literally minutes walk from the property and was a hit - especially for some self guided snorkeling as well as making sand castles! Beautiful sunsets too! Place is situated close to Lahaina and a short drive to many activities ( parasailing, snorkeling) and restaurants. We walked a short 10-15 min walk to the food trucks on our last night to enjoy a different dining experience ;-) Definitely recommended for family trips to Maui!

Amazing and easy

The room and resort were as advertised. Communication with the property manger was easy and helpful. Check in and parking was a breeze. Most importantly the resort location, access to the beach and the pool were amazing. Overall we had a great time at this family friends resort.

Wonderful stay!!

We got in super late so I was so grateful when our check in process was easy and the lady at the front desk was pleasant and helpful! The place was clean and spacious for our family of 6. The couch was a sofa bed and there were extra pillows and blankets in the cabinet in the living room. We were able to get a roll away bed and although it was a little crowded in the second bedroom, all four kids had a place to sleep. All appliances worked fine, however, it was minimally stocked with only salt and pepper and 6 place settings (plates, bowls, cups, etc). We had six of us so we ended up washing all of our dishes/silverware by hand after each meal because it was too much of a hassle to run the dishwasher three times a day. Also, the grill utensils weren't that great. These were more of inconveniences and not a huge deal for us, just be aware that if you plan on eating in or using the grill, you may have to purchase additional tools. I really loved how helpful the staff was. We had to call down to the desk often to get more towels and they were very quick to respond. LOVED the white tea shampoo and body wash in the shower! The parking wasn't that bad. They have a parking garage right across the street (not far at all). There were always empty parking spots even when we got in late. The first floor of the garage is reserved for valet parking and then floors 2-4 had general parking. The lower levels always filled up faster, however, there was an elevator in a central location that was pretty quick. I was worried that it would be a hassle but it wasn't that bad. The ONLY thing I didn't like was the lighting. There were no lights on the ceiling, just lamps and some lighting under the cabinets so it felt very dark- not at all like the photos in the listing. Other than that, it was wonderful, and we would still stay there again.
