The ocean view from the condo was amazing. Easy check in and check out. Great hospitality suite is available if you have an early check out. Due to ocean errosion beach access is limited directly in front of the property.

This resort was very comfortable, clean, and fun. The room was just right for all of us and the balcony was beautiful throughout the whole day. The pools and beach access were also very accessible and relaxing for some fun and chill out time. Also all the food in the resorts were amazing and delicious. We highly recommend and will return!

Amazing Stay!

Ideal spot for our family of 5. The kids all shared the guest bedroom (2 in the queen bed, 1 on the twin sleeper sofa) without any issues. Having the full kitchen, laundry, and second bathroom made the condo extra comfortable. The best part of the unit is the huge lanai - we were on the 4th floor and had a straight on, gorgeous view on the ocean. The property grounds are wonderful. We used both sides, all pools, restaurants, etc. but actually preferred that the condo side is a bit quieter and more laidback. We stayed in the Hyatt hotel for two nights and it was very nice, but really glad we spent the majority of the week in this condo - it was more spacious, had more amenities, and was a better deal. The location is great, right on the walking path that leads all the way to the Sheraton (we easily walked there and Whalers Village several times) but the Hyatt end is a little quieter than the middle section near Whalers Village. Highly recommend this place for families - it's perfect!

Wonderful stay at a beautiful property

Our stay was perfect, no issues at all. The unit was ocean front, with fabulous sunsets. The pools were clean, we could always find lounge chairs. Valet parking was quick and easy. Small touches like flavored water in the lobby were lovely.

Hyatt Residence Club

We stayed with our kids in their early twenties and their boy/girlfriend. We had a perfect ground-floor unit, making access to the pools, beach, gym, and walking path super convenient. The unit was immaculate and very well appointed. Even though one couple had to sleep on a sofa bed, they reported it to be very comfortable. Service was outstanding and super warm and friendly. It's a great spot.

Loved this place in every way possible, except for the very loud Hawaiian music that started to play every morning at 7 am. Same music too. It was like Groundhog Day.

Beautiful Condo in Perfect Location

Loved our stay at the Hyatt Kaanapali Residence Club! The unit we stayed in had a beautiful ocean view and was clean and well equipped. Really enjoyed the pools on site plus the ones next door at the Hyatt Regency. Staff was courteous and friendly. Valet parking is a nice bonus.

Awesome Property!

I could not have imagined a more perfect place to stay in West Maui! The room was perfect for our family of 5. If we were to buy a time share, this one would be a perfect option for us. The best part was the lanai where I enjoyed sitting and watching for whales every morning while drinking my coffee. The view was spectacular! The pools were beautiful, fun and not crowded. We went next door and while the waterslide was fun, we all agreed that our pool was better. We never had a problem finding a spot to sit and there were often chairs open all around us. The beach was great too. We had a great time snorkeling and were lucky to see many fish and sea turtles right off the beach. Being able to borrow boogie boards, floats and sand toys was a huge bonus. All of the staff was friendly and very helpful during the few times we needed something, including front desk staff, towel staff, concierge, valet desk staff, pool wait people and the many people who were working hard to keep the place clean and beautiful. One example was that my daughter lost her favorite shoes and everyone went above and beyond to help us find them. I enjoyed AM yoga on the lawn a few mornings and that was very enjoyable. Everything about the Hyatt Residence Club felt luxurious. I could go on and on, as despite some issues with the weather we enjoyed every minute of this vacation. Thanks for the many happy memories of our time in Maui!

Very nice

We have stayed at the 4 Seasons and Grand Wailea. Both are hard to top. I was really impressed with this property though. The room could use some updating and the beds are definitely not comfortable. However, the staff, beautiful property, and amazing staff (truly) made up for that 100 fold. Also - the spa is amazing. The massage is incredible.

Beautiful property but little amenities

We rented a 2 BR/2 BA the last week in December at the Hyatt Residence Club. We arrived after 8PM and found the only place open to get something to eat was at the hotel pool bar , or hotel snack shop next door. The unit looked as though the kitchen and master bath had been remodeled recently and was very nicely done. The living area was quite small and we needed the pull out bed so we spent the time in the unit out on the back porch with a very, very beautiful view! There are several small pools and plenty of beach chairs both in the pool area and beach area, although you needed to rent the beach chairs and they were all sold out for the week as this was a busy week. We loved the landscaping and the open air lobby. Really enjoyed the stay although , unlike other timeshares we have rented, there was not much communication up front with a concierge (not even sure if they had one at this property). It would have been nice to be able to get some groceries delivered to have when we arrived so we didn’t have to try and find it after several hours of travel. Was also surprised that housekeeping was not daily but once a week. If you are looking for amenities then you should probably consider the hotel over the time share units. Definitely got the feeling that these are for families who intend to cook every night. While there were several small children there this week, the atmosphere was very relaxing. All in all we would have booked at the hotel, or looked into properties on the island of Lanai which is where a lot of the Humpbacks were located if you are going whale watching.

Beautiful Condo, Excellent Location!

We had the pleasure of staying at the Hyatt Residence the week of March 11th and had a fantastic time. The unit was beautiful, clean and updated. The balcony was spacious, well laid out with lots of seating and provided stunning views! The staff were great and very helpful and the grounds were very well maintained, with great pools! Bonus of having access to the Hyatt Regency which is just next door. It was about a 12 minute walk to Whalers Village and about 20 to 25 minute walk to Black Rock. We did the walk many times, but there is a free trolley that takes you around to the resorts if the walk is too much. A five star resort and we would certainly book through Maui Realty again - they were great to work with - our family of 7 loved it!!
