Great experience

Amazing stay. The condo was fabulous with amazing views. I believe this has one of the best views in the whole compound. The check in prices was smooth and automated. The garage was full upon our arrival, the lady at valet just took the car for us and valet it for free. They even carried all our groceries into the room.The place was super clean. It can use some more kitchen stuff such as plastic wraps or Ziploc bags, sugar, etc however everything is conveniently located in the lobby store for us to buy.Overall, it was a great place and great service. The agents in the app respond very quickly as well.

Fantastic view/location/vacation

Stellar unit, sunsets on the patio are phenomenal. Very clean. Easy check in, great location near grocery store/fish market/access to main road. Would stay here again, happily.

The room was dirty when we checked and the washer didn’t work and the ice maker didn’t work

Nice property with a great view and a beautiful BBQ but very dirty inside the condo with very old lumpy couch and 2 small old chairs and 2 of the appliances didn’t work well. Also 2 fire alarms 1 at 3am and the next night at 10 pm and both were false and no instructions on what to do. Very poor management of the alarms.

Fantastic Condo With Amazing Views and the Comforts of Home

This property is beautiful, just as it appears in the pictures! It's spacious, so our family of five was able to spread out in 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (though one bathroom doesn't have a shower), the living room, dining room, kitchen, and beautiful patio overlooking the ocean. Views of the ocean, resort pool, and grounds from nearly every room were amazing. The host provided beach chairs and a cooler, the washer/dryer were helpful, and the kitchen had all utensils and even some oil, salt, pepper. Only two issues: (1) need two soaps in the bathrooms, not just one--one by the sink and one by the shower, and (2) the availability of much closer parking to the unit than the cramped underground lot needs to be communicated to guests right when they check in. But these are minor issues, as was the understaffing of the downstairs coffee shop. We loved everything else about this property and full intend to recommend it to others and to come back!!

Perfect for two couples

My husband and I traveled with my adult son and his girlfriend. It was almost impossible to find a 2 bedroom suite on such short notice but this place did not disappoint. It was perfect in almost every way. We all got to stay under the same roof. Which allowed us to share many more intimate experiences such as having meals on the deck and watching movies in the evening in the living room. It was a stunning view that couldn't have been any better. The entire property is beautiful in every way. Special thanks to the bell men and to the ones that check you in upon arrival. They are so very welcoming and kind.

Wonderful Kaanapali experience

Wonderful communication with Sherilyn and staff. My daughter loved the pool and waterslide. The lanai was amazing to hang out on and eat meals. We will be back!

Great place, view, and service

Our family of four stayed here for a week. The deck is so spectacular we ate in every evening for dinner because there wasn't a better view to be had. I was called everyday to make sure everything was ok and if there was anything we needed. The location puts you less than 15 minutes from Lahaina and Kapalua with a great grocery store and pizza place with in walking distance. We will stay here again.

Beautiful property and condo! What a view!

The condo is beautiful, both inside the unit and the condo grounds. Everything was very clean. Beds are very comfortable. Bathrooms are both large and each have a shower and a tub. The lanai is one of the best I've seen on this side of the Maui coast, its huge! And the grill was a nice bonus, though a little challenging to light (igniter button is broken). There were a few minor issues, like a bathroom light out and the kitchen could use a few more things if you really want to cook (like a cutting board). We left an ice cream scoop behind for the unit. The towel system for the beach and pool is also very efficient. There are 4 beach chairs, sand toys and body boards available for use in the unit. Our check-in time stated 3pm, but we were told on arrival we couldn't check in until 4pm (with a very sleepy 3 year old with us who needed a nap). This was a tad annoying considering it was already 3:30pm when we arrive. After several angry phone calls we were finally let upstairs at 3:45pm. Maui Rentals did ultimately apologize for their mistake on the website regarding the check-in time. But they are definite sticklers on this, so don't arrive early hoping the front desk will let you up even 5 minutes before your scheduled time. This is the reason for only 4 stars and not 5. The beach in front is a bit narrow but works. Its more sandy the further south you go. There were lots of sea turtles swimming right on the shoreline. We also saw dolphins and sea lions right out front. The pool is very kid friendly, which was great since we had a kid with us. If we were on a solo adult trip I would not recommend the pool area as a place to relax. They do have a quiet area pool, but its small and the kids are still very audible. Overall great family resort and a beautiful unit that has plenty of space for a family of 4-5 people.

This Oceanfront condo was perfect. It was hard to even leave the room, it was so lovely.

Thank you for sharing your lovely property with others. The location is perfect and the view spectacular. We saw many whales and enjoyed the being outside in our own room. We would love to return. The chocolates upon arrival were such a treat. It was so nice having beach chairs and boogie boards to play in the ocean. It was just a perfect place for two couples.
