Amazing view! Some things I wish I had known are… the kitchen did have salt & pepper, cooking oil, & coffee filters. They left 2 pkgs of coffee for the 5 nights we stayed. Plenty of towels, tp, 2 rolls paper towels. There was a 2 small boxes of kitchen and bathroom stuff. 2 laundry pods. The condo was comfortable and had basic needs. We stayed during the Kona Storm so it rained almost the entire time. I could smell a musty smell the moment I opened the door, it was the bedspread and pillow cases. I had to remove them from the bed. The pillows on the lanai need replacing. They had mold and tears on them, I did see this on a previous review also, so they haven’t been changed. The toilet ran because the stopper leaked in the tank. Some lights weren’t working as well. The location of the condo was perfect and close to the boardwalk. We saw that the condo was in the market and had been for a while. With the amazing view and location, this place has a lot of potential. This was our 5th time in Maui as we come back every 5 years. This was our 30 year wedding anniversary. This was my first time celebrating something and nothing was left as a welcome and congratulations gift. Our last trip was 25 years celebration and a bottle of sparkling juice, and local Hawaiian gifts like chocolate, coffee, etc. Nothing was wrong just some feedback on how to stand out. If you want a basic condo with basic stuff and an amazing view, this is a good place!
