Paradise!

This house is steps away from baby beach which is the best beach in Maui in our opinion (calm water, tons of sea turtles). The house itself is beautiful and very spacious. We will definitely be returning!

Perfect!!!

The home was perfect! Baby beach is wonderful for everyone. We saw sea turtles everyday and our morning walks on the beach were so special. We can’t wait to go back.

Excellent location and ample space for 3 generation family

Kids loved the pool and the access to Baby Beach couldn't be better. The house was located near shopping and front st./downtown Lahaina was an easy walk. Plenty of pool and beach toys and lots of space for multiple hang out locations inside and out. Well equipped kitchen made cooking easy for the entire family. Overall it was a great experience for our family.

Cozy home close to everything. Beautiful neighborhood, felt very safe. Photos don’t show the wooden stairs that lead to second floor. Circular staircase can be blocked off easily for kids safety. Nice to have laundry. Comfortable beds

Perfect place to stay

The location was perfect. Being just steps from the beach and a few blocks from downtown Lahaina and the shopping center meant we could walk everywhere. We had two families staying together so the upstairs/downstairs arrangement worked out great.

Location was perfect. Plenty of kitchenware. Overall y very nice.

The only difficulty was trying to figure out the remotes to the fan/lights. Remotes seemed to be paired with more than one fan. Pool was very enjoyable between trips to the beach.

Private and steps to the beach

I would rent this home again for its privacy, proximity to the beach and old Lahaina town. There is nothing more enjoyable than being able to decide to a swim in the ocean and do that within minutes of your decision. Hige bonus. A few recommendations: 1. Its time to do a bit of updating to the home. 2. Literature on amenities of home are out of date. 3. New beach chairs are needed. All in all great place and would rent again in a heartbeat.

Perfect! Only beware if you are boisterous in the pool

9 of us, 6 adults and 3 kids, ages 4 and 6, stayed at this lovely home for 14 days. John, the property manager, is the friendliest and most amazing handyperson we've ever met. Every request was met with cheerful accommodation. The location is perfect. The floor plan is identical on both floors and tastefully decorated in an ocean theme. Only the main bedrooms are ensuite. There is always somewhere beautiful and comfortable to sit, either in the shade or the sun. The outdoor dining area is lovely and the grill is great. I even cooked a whole fish on its frying pan burner. We had three cars and it was usually pretty easy to find street parking nearby if we needed it. The wifi was good and we appreciated the eco products provided. We chose this property over another because of the pool. Our grandchildren are taking swimming lessons and their skills improved immensely during our vacation. There is an 8pm - 8am request for quiet, which we respected, except that we allowed the kids in the pool at 7:30 the first morning as we’d been putting them off since 4:30 am. and they were so excited. Unfortunately, the loud but happy sounds of our family playing, bounced off the house wall right up to the very close neighbor's balcony. After she complained, even though it was later in the day, we felt very restricted and uncomfortable when we used the pool. The only reason not to consider this house is if you tend to be a noisy group.

October getaway

Spent 4 nights at this house. Everything was clean, new, and worked! Proximity to Baby Beach was amazing. Short walk into town and two grocery stores. Easy access to everything on the island. The pool was amazing, and even with the constant wind, the backyard was protected and quiet. Loved the local animals that came to visit: chickens, geckos, birds, and the neighbor's dog that sounds like a goose. Love it and will most likely rent again!

Fantastic location

Stayed here for a short visit and thoroughly enjoyed the house. Very well stocked with beach supplies, everything you need for a lovely day at Baby Beach. Right across a quiet street from the beach access, the location is next best thing to being right on the beach. The rooms have a/c to keep you cool for sleeping. Great place to stay on Baby Beach!

Perfect Location

The house was beautiful and at the perfect spot. It had something for everyone! So close to the best beach on the island, a short walk to downtown, a perfectly kept pool and a wonderful house. John was amazing and made sure very thing was taken care of.

Perfect location for a relaxing stay

Comfortable, planets of room, great pool, centrally located but out of the crowd. No A/C in the common areas which get very warm but great window units in the bedrooms to keep everything cool at night. Good prompt and helpful communication with property manager. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Best Vacation Ever!

Thank you for the wonderful time at the house. We had three families staying (10 in our group) and had everything we needed. We didn't have a car, and it didn't matter. The beautiful Baby Beach is just across the street. We had all the toys and towels we needed for the beach and by the pool. We used the beach wagon to go shopping for groceries at Safeway and Foodland which were both a couple of blocks away. The grocery stores let us bring the wagon in like a shopping cart. It worked out great. Don't want to get groceries...Historic Front Street is right out the door to your right. It is a little walk, but very enjoyable to the stores and restaurants. JT was so kind and helpful with anything we needed. Your the man John! Thank you! The beds were all comfortable. I need to find out what brand name the sheets are on the beds...they were heavenly. Even the queen blow up bed was prefect for our grand daughters. Pool was wonderful! It is not a heated pool, but the temperature was just perfect. The little sitting pool next to the pool was the favorite of our 18 month old grand daughter. Our favorite spot in the mornings was on the second floor lanai. Sitting with a cup of coffee, watching the sun come up on the mountains and listening to the roosters crow. This is a gem of a house! It is so comfortable and has the old Hawaii feel. Amazing location

Elegant beach house

Our family had the best vacation ever at Baby Beach House. The house is comfortable, very pretty well kept, minimally decorated to provide guests places to spread out, has an upstairs apartment that the kids absolutely loved, a wonderful lap pool, and best of all, steps to the beach ! It made the perfect home base for all of our adventures. Easy walk to Lahaina shops. Moana, even though a time zone away, answered us immediately when we got a bit confused at the airport (our mistake to not have a plan for our first day before check in) All in all, this is a dream house for a magical vacation.

Would give more than 5 stars

The location of this house is 10 out of 5! One minute from baby beach (which is truly one of the beautiful I have ever seen), Tommy Bahama chairs on your back and a wagon for snorkeling stuff, water, and towels (they have a LOT of beach towels!). One minute, and you are snorkeling with turtles, unbelievable. This house is way better than a 5 star hotel, at least for our group of 3 moms and 6 kids ages 5-9 it was. 10 stars!

Beautiful house in a great location

It is literally 1 min away from the beach. It's also a short walk into town for restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. We also loved having a pool/sauna in the backyard. Would stay again!

Awesome location

We loved everything about this house and its location. It was seconds of a walk from Baby Beach. It was quiet, great nearby food, dining, gas, and shopping. However, we were disappointed the spa/jacuzzi did not work and the pool was freezing cold, the bathroom light upstairs was never fixed upon asking, and the fan upstairs and downstairs made a lot of noise thus we had to cut it off despite needing them. However, these small mishaps didn't ruin our stay or our trip. Glenn was very kind and accessible via texts. However, this could be a 5 plus star stay after addressing all those concerns. The place is nice but very expensive not to have everything you want or need working properly.

Excellent location on private street; just steps from beach and blocks from Lahaina

The property manager and on site manager were very responsive to any questions. Bedroom air conditioners - fans and opening doors to common areas works well. Nice to have washer/dryer. Excellent location - easy walk to beach and city center. Wish the pool were heated.
