The location and amenities of the property were wonderful. The layout and size of the house was terrific. The decor is a little dated but everything was clean. Our ONLY complaint was the bugs in the kitchen. Cockroaches, ants, and some other small bugs were very persistent in the kitchen despite the fact that we were very diligent cleaning up any crumbs, keeping everything in sealed containers or bags and having the unit treated. The bugs persisted the whole week. We’re fairly easy going so this wasn’t a show stopper for us and we’d still come back because we understand in Hawai’i indoor and outdoor living often come together but it’s never been this persistent in any of the other places we’ve stayed on Maui.

Great Stay

This was an amazing property with spectacular views from balcony, living and bedroom areas. It was great having the bedrooms on opposites sides of the living area. The beds were comfortable. There was a lot of thoughtful extras in this property such as coffee, tea, pineapple, robes, bath products and beach toys. Appreciate the communication of Parrish Management from original booking through our stay and after. Would highly recommend staying here and hope to come back!

Dream Location and Dream Accommodations

We cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay in your condo! Our Christmas vacation with our daughters (22 and 25) was better than anything we could have imagined! The beds were SOOOO comfortable - the bathrooms in the words of our daughter - were like a ZEN spa!! The condo was SOOOO clean and had everything we needed and MORE!!! The walk to the pool or beach had amazing views and the quiet surroundings made for the recharge we needed! This unit is one you never ever want to leave! Thank you for the most wonderful stay we have EVER had at any rental!! Love this place!!

Great unit at The Ridge

Beautiful

The whole area and rental are super beautiful and pleasant. I loved the functionality of the rental - could cook and eat at the rental or the pool, easy to clean clothes or swimming stuff. The nearby beaches are probably some of the best in the world. Snorkeling nearby was top notch.

Great stay - great view - great time

The location and configuration of the unit are 10/10. The place is very comfortable with easy access to the beach and trails. The furnishings are a bit dated, but accurately reflected in the photos. I would not hesitate to stay here next time.

Absolutely wonderful!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful condo. Plenty of space with two bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and beautiful and beautiful views of the ocean. Very close to the pool so walking down to the pool was a breeze. The entire property is very well kept. The kitchen in the condo is excellent, but there are also two very nice and well maintained grills by the pool. The location is excellent, with golf and beaches within walking distance, and the wonderful Honolua store that was amazing - wonderful breakfast and lunch served there, along with several other key items (a great little market!). We had a small issue with a tub being clogged and it was fixed immediately. Excellent check in process and excellent communication from the time we booked to the time we left. Great supply of towels and soap and other essentials. And the washer and dryer in the condo worked extremely well!! While most of your time will likely be out and about exploring Maui, the down time and rest and relaxation will be perfect at this villa. It’s a great respite from the hustle and bustle of the larger resorts. Thank you for a wonderful stay on our dream vacation!

Spectacular views

The condo was clean, property grounds were spotless. Condo needs some updating, carpet, couch but everything was clean and I’m particular. An amazing stay. Thank you to the owner. My favorite place was the lanai with the beautiful furniture and views. The beach was stunning just a hike going uphill. Highly recommend this condo.

Spectacular Getaway

Not quite what we expected

We had been looking forward to our Maui vacation for quite some time. On day 3 (of 8) our power just went off around noon. We thought it was an outage and just went about our day not thinking much of it. Upon return the power was still out, yet everyone around us had power. We called the number and then was told maintenance was coming and that was that. Maintenance has zero idea what to do and it became a blame game right away. “The person with the key needs to open the panel they are unreachable “ Then nothing . No instructions, help, solutions. We call the emergency line and a man that was clearly annoyed we were bothering him said the power would be restored tomorrow and can we make do without power for the night. We have 2 small children and no desire to “make do” on our vacation . So, exasperated emergency man sends us to another condo. We take some belongings over there and leave the rest behind. The following day comes and it was silent at condo #1. Not one person came by to fix the electricity, Yet, no phone calls , instructions, apologies once again. We called to inquire what we do now. Apparently the power will be back the NEXT day now. Somehow this has clearly become our problem and we had to seek out any instructions from the management company. Next day, electricity man arrived and fixed the problem while we were out for the day. We return to get our things from condo #2 to take back to condo #1. We are locked out. Call exasperated emergency line man and are told we will receive a code good for one hour only to get our things out. Again, we feel like this is our fault: Eventually, we get things back in power outage condo. However, the whole situation was handled so poorly I will never be back. Who needs this kind of treatment on a trip you were really looking forward to? Things happen, but an ounce of empathy would have gone a long way here.

Stunning Location & Views

Cannot stress enough how gorgeous the views are from the balconies. Ocean, mountains, islands, rainbows and beautiful landscaping. We love this development for the lushness and beautiful walk to the shops. It’s quite a large condo with bedrooms separated for privacy. ACs work great if needed and with 3 showers and bathrooms- nobody was fighting for room. Kitchen is well equipped and updated. The rest of the condo is a bit dated (older carpet and some of the doors need a bit of attention- nothing major), but love the retro Hawaiian style and tile in the age of gray decorating. Easy to walk anywhere and since it sits on the ridge, the views are stunning walking down to the highway. We purposefully pick this area to get that experience. Very easy check in. We love Kapalua because it’s gorgeous, not touristy like Ka’anapali and cooler than Wailea in the summer. Cannot wait to come back and enjoy Merrimans, The Honolua Store, The Gazebo, Miso Phat and all the walking paths going up the mountain and The Kapalua Trail.

For A Memorable Vacation

Amazing Location, View and Property

Our stay in Kapalua was AMAZING. This property is situated in a perfect location. First off the view is spectacular. You are treated to the island of Molokai, the rocks of Dragon's teeth, the forever green that this side of Maui offers and if you time your trip right, countless whales breaching in the beautiful blue ocean. Secondly, if you travel with kids, the location is right next to the pool. This is great, as the walk there is within seconds. There was absolutely no noise from the pool and we left the patio doors open throughout the day. You can also walk to several of the best beaches on the island and if you golf, the world renown Kapalua course is at your finger tips. This side of Maui offers many sight seeing opportunities and the location places you at a great advantage to see places many others are not. As far as the house goes, it has everything you need. The beds are comfortable, the place is spacious and there are two balconies. There is a ton of closet space and dual sinks in two of the three bathrooms. Aside from missing some spices and oils, the kitchen has everything you need to eat on site. However, in the Napili shopping center, there are two outstanding restaurants and Lahaina is not a far drive for many great options. There are plenty of beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, boogie boards, towels and sand toys for your beach days. It can get a little wind on this side of the island, so plan to go to the beaches in the morning. There is a dedicated place to park your car that is covered. We felt very safe at all times here. All and all, I will definitely return to this property when I come back to Maui!!! Kudos to the property owners. Job well done.

Relaxing Views and Comfy Interior

Views look as good as or better than the photos. Breeze was nice being on the second floor. Overall the condo had everything we needed and the dishwasher and laundry soap was conveniently stocked. Good location for getting to beaches although it’s a definite walk up the hill to get back! Perfect for being away from the craziness that is Lahaina. Still close by if you want it.

Spacious condo with panoramic ocean views

Our family of four had a fantastic four night getaway to Kapalua. The condo was great for 4 people (2 parents, 2 kids). There was even a 3rd bathroom and shower so the kids each had their own. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the panoramic views. It is right above the pool and the noise of kids playing in the pool can be heard. But it didn’t bother me at all. We took advantage of the easy access to the kapalua coastal trail and spent a lot of time at Kapalua bay just south of the Montage. Very calm for swimming, great snorkeling (including sea turtles). I would recommend this condo for a relaxing retreat away from the hustle and bustle of kaanapali and Lahaina.
