Amazing ocean views and very well appointed unit. We used this unit as our group's home base (with 2 other units) and we easily fit 12 people for lunch or just hanging out. High winds coming off the water (that's just the area) but overall the unit had everything that we needed and was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

Amazing

This property is beautiful! The floor to ceiling windows highlighted the spectacular ocean and views of sunrise and sunset. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Gorgeous bathrooms and a laundry room that allowed us to pack less. Cool, comfortable, clean, and beautiful property.

Excellent. Rent without hesitation.

Perfect rental experience. The view is spectacular. Right on the edge - unobstructed. Property is well-equipped and very comfortable /elegant. We cooked every night and had everything we needed. Group of four adults. Played cards every evening staring at the big beautiful ocean. Beds comfortable. Pillows ranged hard to soft. Bathrooms huge and plenty of closet space. We were there 14 days. Check in super easy. Communication perfect. We rent all the time with VRBO. Top 3 rental experiences. Thank you and we’ll be back.

Wunderschöne Aussicht, tolle, saubere Wohnung

Wir waren Aug/Sept 2024 zu fünft in dieser wunderschönen Anlage! Die Wohnung liegt im EG und 1.Reihe Meer (perfekt)! Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend schön (auch vom Esszimmer) u man kann stundenlang nur sitzen und aufs Meer schauen! Teilweise sehr windig. Ca 5 Min./Fuß ist der Oneloa Beach der fast wie ein Privatstrand wirkt, da er eher über e. Wanderpfad durch die Klippen besucht wird(also baden dort nicht so viele). Die Wellen sind toll zum surfen oder buggyboarden u an den Klippen kann man schnorcheln. Wir haben sogar einige Schildkröten gesehen. 10 Min/Fuß ist der Napilibeach. Die Wohnanlage ist sehr gepflegt, sauber u man hat alles was man braucht: Küche vollausgestattet mit allen Geräten (sogar Milchaufschäumer), Besteck und Geschirr, rießen Kühlschrank mit Eismaker, Kaffee u Spül-/Waschmaschinentabs. Die 3 Bäder (2 davon rießig, mit tollem Duschbereich) haben genügend Hand-/Strandtücher, Rituals Duschartikel, Kosmetiktücher u Föhn. Das Masterbedroom hat ein rießiges Boxspringbett (sehr bequem) u die Kids haben im 2. Schlafzimmer auf zwei Einzelbetten u im Wohnzimmer auf der ausziehbaren Couch geschlafen. Für eine Familie mit 3-4 Kinder also genügend Platz. Die Terasse ist großzügig mit großem Esstisch, ausreichend Stühlen, sowie 5 Liegen (3 davon mit dicken Auflagen), ums Eck liegen 4 transportable Klappstühle für den Strand. Guestservice sehr nett und zuvorkommend, hat alle unsere Fragen sofort per sms beantwortet und erledigt. 10 von 10! Top! Wir wollen wiederkommen

A Dream Vacation

Our family of five (parents and teens) traveled to Kapalua Bay, Maui for the first time last week — and we were absolutely delighted with our experience, from the gorgeous property that we rented to the spectacular location and grounds. The villa we enjoyed was a perfect fit for us (the bonus bathroom was perfect!) Such a well appointed place — every detail was thoughtfully and beautifully designed. We were all so comfortable and happy there. And the views never quit! Thank you to ParrishMaui for being such wonderful hosts! Attentive and caring! Our vacation here to the Bay Villas was an absolute dream! We pray that we will be able to return sometime soon!

Parish collection, Kapalua Bay

Condo was perfect! Very clean. Well kept. The views are spectacular at this location. It was nice being able to watch the weather every day. The staff at the parish collection were so helpful and responsive. There is a great path that takes you past the montage into Kapalua Beach. There’s also a great walk all the way to Fleming Beach. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

Perfect for Families

We had an amazing stay here. The unit is ideally located to have it all: a spectacular waterfront view, steps away from multiple swimming pools, and a short walk from Kapalua Bay Beach. Our young boys loved playing on the grass out front, and exploring the nearby volcanic rock fields. The unit was clean and modern. We'd happily visit again!

Beautiful Location, Very nice property, would definitely stay there again!

Check in process was very easy. The condo itself sits right on the cliffs and has a fantastic view of the ocean. Condo is kept very clean and has some nice updates in the master suite. Two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom are great for kids. Kitchen is decently furnished, though missing some items like sheet pans. We didn't plan on doing very much cooking this trip so it worked out fine. HOA was working on the building, so our view was partially obstructed with scaffolding, we were made aware of this in advance and property management was great. Condo does seem to have a minor ant issue, not sure if this is due to the construction occuring on the outside but we did need to clean up ants inside each day. Great location and walking distance to Kapalua Bay which has amazing snorkeling. Would definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful place in Paradise

This was a great place to stay. There were turtles in the bay right in front of the place. There was a great place to snorkel that was 5 minutes walk away. Great walking trail. The only thing bad was the WiFi and TV stop working two days before our departure because the owner didn’t pay for the service. The service guy that came out was great but he couldn’t do much since Spectrum shut off the service due to no payment. No tv was fine but we needed WIFI to check in online for our flight out. Considering how much we pay for this place, it was disappointing.

Didn't Stay - Covid

Once I canceled, they re-rented the property yet I only received the cleaning deposit back. They received twice the rental for that unit. I will never deal with Aloha Vacation Rentals again - will never go to Maui. I had hoped that they would operate like the other islands, but no. I say don't rent from them.

Kapalua Comfort

This condo was amazing. Everything has been upgraded and so comfortable. The view was perfect with a short walk to the water. Kitchen had everything you needed for cooking and close to both pools and grills.

As advertised!

Gorgeous view. Well stocked. Easy check-in. Only issue was it took a few phone calls to arrange the mid week linen change. My other suggestion is I wish there had been a recycling station available. We ended up putting a lot of recyclables in the trash. But, the property was perfect. Would love to come back!

Beautiful Scenery over the ocean

For a family of four this place had wonderful accommodating space! The 2 bathrooms were very oversized and had another smaller bathroom. We enjoyed eating meals looking out a large window to the ocean. The scenery was beautiful!!!!

Aloha Vacation Villas double-booked

VRBO contracts with Aloha Vacation Villas, who double-booked this condo. We booked with VRBO 14months before our vacation, but AVV moved us to an Oceanview instead of Oceanfront without even a partial refund. We had paid for our flights, so no other option but to accept it. When another oceanfront condo became available with 2 days left in our stay, Vicky from AVV would only move us if we paid an additional cleaning fee. I was speechless, and asked to get the oceanfront we booked, but she refused.

Beautiful view

The property had a beautiful view. There were a few minor issues. The glass in the second bedroom bathroom was cracked and there were some screens on the side that were broken.The only other problem was when we were sitting out on the lounge chairs there was a parade of people who walked by too close on the grass. Not very private. The unit was spacious and very comfortable. We had a little bit of trouble with the TV controls but that was probably just us.

Great location and spectacular views!

This unit sits in beautiful Kapalua Resort area with beaches within walking distance both north and south. The location, size and view are the big positives. It is a bit dated in areas and does suffer from being so close to the ocean with musty smells in the bedroom air conditioning systems. The unit is fairly well equipped but would have been nice to have boogie boards. Overall the location and views from the patio and dining room made the choice worthwhile.

Great location with some reservations

This condo is in a great, quiet gated community. The view from this unit is fantastic—it took some work to keep the windows clean to see the view. We were here nearly two weeks—family of 5. Rooms were spacious and pretty clean. The master shower is spacious, but the shower needs some glass surround because most of the floor ends up being a lake as it splashes everywhere. A/c worked great. Access to multiple pools, bbq, and beach is top notch. Unit needs more towels. Beds are terrible— i’m 35 and got a bad back tossing and turning on the master king bed. Probably would stay here again if the beds were replaced.
