Happily the fabulous view made up for the otherwise tired interiors with dilapidated beds. Further, the unit above us had unsecured patio table and chairs which mad for a continual unpleasant knocking-The Parrish Collection management did a reasonably good job of being in communication with us -so that was a plus -ON-LINE PIX DON'T TELL THE WHOLE STORY.

Beautiful views but needs updates!!

The location and views from this property were fantastic! Unfortunately, I could not get over the MUSTY smell in the master bedroom and family room. It was overwhelming, I can only assume it is in the furniture and rugs. It was also very moist in the master bedroom even though we had the air conditioning on the whole time. There were 2 chairs that looked out at the water and when you got up your shorts were damp. Just really too bad! The kitchen was fine but needed some basic utensils. The silverware was a mix match and not many place settings. One more thing the outdoor dining table and chairs had only 3 chairs we had take a chair from inside when needed. Our master toilet broke the first day and the maintenance group was great. They came out and fixed it right away. All and all the place is so beautiful it just really needs an update and somehow they have to get rid of the SMELL.

Great location, incredible access

This was a wonderful place with an incredible location. The ground floor access was fantastic. Place is a little tired but it is accurately represented in the listing. Management company was great and very responsive. Fully stocked…had everything we needed and more.

Phenomenal

We had the best stay at 20G2. This property location is amazing. We had an awesome Christmas! The property management was so great. They responded so quickly it stunned us!! They cleaned half way through our stay as well. The view is unmatched. We watched whales all day right from our patio seats! The condo itself has so much room and views from every room. I can’t say e ouch about the location and condo. AMAZING!! Thank you!

Spectacular setting and resort

We love staying at the Kapalua Bay Villas and this property is the best one by far. Walk out to beach steps and view of waves, two bedrooms and living all have a panoramic view. We are runners and the trails in the resort always bring us back.

Perfect location

Great location, steps from what seemed like a almost private stretch of beautiful beach perfect for snorkeling, swimming and turtles. Walking distance to great restaurants and honoloa store for when you want to eat in. Unit itself could use some cosmetic refreshing, but have found that in many upscale stays post covid. Would recommend new sealed door thresholds at a minimum to keep lizards out. Otherwise perfect

Was exactly as advertised. View is terrific and condo in very good condition. Was so much to do we never turned the TV on. Easy walk to the ocean and beach was never crowded. Want to come again.

Great location, beautiful views

Wow! The pictures do no do justice to how amazing this place is. Great view from just about every room in the villa. The beach access is just steps from the sliding door. We cooked breakfast in the villa every morning and were pleasantly surprised with how equip the kitchen was with everything you need. Overall an fabulous spot. Kapalua is very windy so keep that in mind when booking. It was definitely more windy than we expected so we never swam at the beach right in front of the room. This probably varies depending on the time of year. Would absolutely stay here again in the future!

Amazing Location

We stayed at this place in July 2019 and have to say it exceeded all our expectations. The location is amazing, right on the ocean with a great view and the beach just down the stairs. All we wanted to do was to sit out on the lanai in the evening with a drink and watch the water. It is also really peaceful on this side of the island and the grounds were amazing. The place itself is very well set up with two large bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a great kitchen with really nice appliances. The air con that can be used individually in each bedroom and the main area was great. We could leave it off in the main room to enjoy the breeze and have it on in the bedrooms in order to sleep well. Can't say enough good things about the place and will definitely be back.

Great visit to Kapalua

What a great spot this is. The views from every room are spectacular, right on the ocean. The beach is just a walk down the stairs. We are a family of 4 (two older teens), and had plenty of room to spread out. Place is furnished nicely; we may significant use of the washer/dryer, as well as the beach chairs and cooler. The community has a couple restaurants and grocery close by, as well as nice walking trails to other beaches. Highly recommend. The only difficulty we had was at check-in. The check-in materials had been sent to us via email, but we missed the note.. As a result, we scrambled a bit to get in touch with someone to let us in when we arrived.. This was quickly resolved. A follow-up to the email would have been appreciated..

Magical

You walk in and are blown away by the incredible view out of the floor to ceiling windows. Spacious rooms, all the cooking supplies you could need, beach necessities supplied, etc. The location is walking distance to 3 different beaches that are all beautiful. We stayed with a young child and baby. The space was child friendly for the most part and worked great. We hope to return!

Perfect Stay

The location was fantastic. The free shuttle was extremely helpful! We had 4 teenagers and 2 adults in the unit with plenty of room. Had all the snorkeling gear, beach towels and chairs we needed. The kitchen was wonderful to cook in and had all the equipment you would need. The washer and dryer were a huge bonus. The only issue we had was with the ants/bugs - but there is nothing to be done about it. That comes with PERFECT BEACH FRONT LOCATION. They sprayed once while we were there and it helped. We would 100% stay in this unit again.
