Excellent condo and location in Kapalua

We have traveled to Kapalua many times and always stay at Kapalua Bay Villas. This condo was amazing! Excellent view, wonderfully furnished and great location. Great for a couple as it is a one bedroom. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing location to enjoy Maui, in a very private location.

Outstanding Views, quiet relaxing location. Easy access to private Beach and walking trails. Highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for an Ocean view with total privacy.

Amazing Maui vacation

Loved this place. Everything was perfect and we will stay again. Highly recommend. Exactly as pictures show, and better. Beach access so close. Views were fabulous!

First floor ocean view

The place was ideally suited for easy access to to beach, hiking, golf, etc. When we walked in door we were greeted with breath-taking ocean views. The rooms were comfortable, the master bath was great, and loved the breakfast room and back patio.

Slice of Paradise

This was our first time visiting Maui, and we were wowed by this property. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises/sunsets and had nice privacy. It was conveniently located to great beaches, food and shopping. The home was full of amenities like beach umbrellas, chairs and snorkel gear, which we took full advantage of! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Stunning View and Great Location

The views of the ocean were stunning the minute you walk into the property. The place was clean and well-equipped. I loved the location, the proximity to the beach, and the location was super convenient to restaurants and most places. Parking was easy as well and overall really enjoyed our stay. Will return in the future!

Stunning and peaceful villa! 10/10 recommend!

Beautiful, clean, and cozy villa. Home included all of the essentials to stay comfortably - including fan, extra blankets, and everything needed to cook food at home if desired. The views from the villa were breathtaking, we enjoyed quiet mornings on the lanai sipping coffee overlooking the ocean with the sound of the waves. The private beach and 3 pools are just a short walk from the villa. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, and stores located nearby. We absolutely loved our stay and would love to return in the future!

Kapalua Peace

This is the place if you want peaceful respite and restoration. A beautiful condo with a phenomenal location overlooking the beach. This condo is tastefully decorated and has all the amenities needed. The only issue we had upon arrival was that our refrigerator was not functional… however, a replacement was brought in within hours and all was well for the week.

Great property , location and ...

We have stayed here many times over past few years. Condo is as advertised if not better due to recent upgrades. Linda does accommodate your special requests if possible. We will be back again in the future and recommend this property 100% to anyone looking for a nice and memorable vacation in Maui... The only negative about this place is that it is so nice that you don't want to get out and explore the island much. :)

Great High End Property

The condo is in a prime location and is a premium property. It is spacious, private and had a great view. It is close to great beaches and lagoons for snorkeling. It is close to restaurants and is in a beautiful part of the island. It was clean and the check in process was easy. We had a great time there and the property was perfect. My only concern was the added cost and complexity of the Parrish Property management. We rented through VRBO but had to constantly deal with Parrish. VRBO and Parrish were not aligned on receipts for payment. We had to sign an additional waiver for Parrish. Its like we had two rental agencies. I much prefer a property without Parrish as a middleman..

Beautiful location. Loved our place with the full kitchen. Had a couple of issues with the place, but they were taken care of right away. Very communicative staff. Everything was great. This was our second time staying at the bay villas. Hoping there’s a third!

The dryer did not work during the majority of our stay. There was no clear identification of the Wi-Fi password. The bed had a makeshift foam padding making it uncomfortable.

Amazing Place

This place was truly great. Amazing location, amazing views, very short walk to the beach, and very close to the Montage (a great, short walking trail to get there). Hang out or boogey board on a more 'wavy' beach which is a short walk and then down some steps or you can walk to the Montage beach and snorkel on their amazing snorkeling bay (We did both). Will def. stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean, up-to-date and nice location. We were a 10-15 minute walk from Kapalua Bay (great snorkeling) in one direction and DT Fleming Beach (very sandy) in the other. Just a short 2-3 minute walk to Ironwood Beach. We ate breakfast and watched for whales from the dining room. Easy drive to other resort areas like Whaler's Village for restaurants and shopping.The kitchen is adequately supplied and nicely updated. The bed was comfortable. The bathrooms were clean.The only issues: the wind was loud within the unit, may be an issue if you're a light sleeper. This was not an issue for me, but my wife, who is a light sleeper was awakened a couple time by it.All-in-all we very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.

Instructions needed for kitchen appliances and for thermostat. Map of complex showing access to garbage, beach, pools, tennis courts needed. Does Hawaii recycle? If so, instructions. Note: we did not receive correct gate code to access complex: had to call management.

Beautiful place!

Stayed here as an end to our two week vacation after the rest of our family went home. The property is amazing. Very clean and more than we expected. Views and scenery are breathtaking. Very close to golf, shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.
