The views were spectacularly breathtaking. The size and layout of the place is nice and having a washer and dryer right there was a bonus. If you wanted this to be a 5 Star rental, it does need some updating. If it were mine, I would start with a fresh coat of paint, re-caulk the bedroom window, fix the broken supports on the drapes in the living room, and I would have someone come in and take everything out of the cupboards and give them a good wash. I went to use the blender and the base was disgusting. I cleaned it the best I could with what was available for cleaning. I would also remove the indoor/outdoor carpeting and replace with vinyl wood-look linoleum, an upgraded look and much easier to keep clean. The night we arrived, I had to strip the bed and dry the sheets, pillows, pillowcases, blankets and bedspread as they were all still damp and I can't sleep on damp sheets. i honestly believe that if those things were done, this would be a 5-Star rental and you could charge even more for this property. All in all it was a good stay. We try and leave the properties rent exactly as we found them, or better. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your unit. It was close to most of the places we wanted to go to, so the location was Perfect and as I said the view off of the balcony was breathtaking.....
