Great place

This is a very beautiful place to stay in a great location. There is a convenience store on the property, a gym, a spa and a nice restaurant. Not to mention a beautiful pool and nice beach. How ever all tables were covered in glass and there was no window cleaner. Everything else you would need was provided. It would be nice to have instructions on the TV. We could not get the streaming services to work. Also forget finding parking in the garage after 8pm. If you valet they charge you $10 each time you pick up you car. Even with its minor drawbacks I love this place and will return.

Fantastic Property and amazing views

We were at Konea 645 for a week with my family including 2 toddlers and we had the best time ever. The property itself is gorgeous with the absolute best views . The pools in the property were simply great and my kids loved their time swimming. The apartment itself is massive and very well equipped with great amenities.

Great place

This is our 4th stay at Honua Kai and it didn't disappoint. We were there last Sept and had talked about finding somewhere new as it was starting to feel dated here. This unit was cleaner and better stocked than the one we stayed at in Sept. We've always loved the resort and are glad we gave it another chance.

Beautiful clean condo.

Loved this condo unit, would highly recommend it. Very clean and well equipped. Lots of stuff nearby, groceries, restaurants, etc. Beach chairs/umbrellas to use during stay was a great amenity. I am super picky about rooms and I would give this one an A. As far as the pool area B or B-, bathroom I used at pool was very dirty, but that was the result of a parent leaving baby crap all over the changing area and not a direct result of the condo, just a disrespectful guest. I did not get in any of the pools for that reason. The condo lobby was very clean.

Amazing accommodations!

Kona 645 was the perfect home away from home for our family of 5! Very spacious, very clean, 2 master bedrooms and both with ensuites was great! All amenities, appliances, including beach umbrella, chairs and cooler made our stay very comfortable! Will definitely be back and stay here again! Mahalo!

Much Needed Ocean Breezes

Beautiful condo in beautiful resort-like setting on amazing beach, amazing sunsets, amazing......! All as advertised. Only (very minor) issue was one of the deck chairs breaking down. Maui Resort staff very responsive. Great week. Other than some residual Covid limitations, could not have asked for a better place to recover!

Relaxing Sun, Ocean Breezes, Whales and Beach

Property is excellent, in excellent condition and well cared for! All as advertised and the Honua Kai Resort is beautiful. Still some residual inconveniences related to Covid restrictions, but overall, not a significant issue. Great to get out from under and be able to relax in such an amazing setting!

Excellent place especially for families

This place is amazing! We have stayed in many places in the Lahaina/Kaanapali area and after staying at the Honuakai once we now book there every time we go to Maui. We have stayed at this resort 5 times and this unit was a beautiful one. The ocean view was beautiful. I recommend bringing your binoculars so that you can whale watch on the lanai during the whale season. They have a large lanai with spectacular ocean views that you can enjoy while drinking your coffee or eating brunch outside! They have so many different pools and hot tubs and a slide for the the kids. They property is always very clean and beautiful. The atmosphere is just wonderful! I love that the beach is just steps away! The check in process was a little annoying this time around but Overall its a wonderful place to stay in Maui.

Best Family Trip of our Lives

We truly enjoyed everything about this property. It was clean, contemporary, spacious and perfect for our family of five. Pool is decent but you should take advantage of the beach chairs, umbrellas and cooler that the condo comes with and explore the island. We highly recommend this place and will most definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Condo

We had a great stay! The pictures are accurate, the view is wonderful. Everything was in good working condition in the unit, we made use of the beach chairs and umbrella. The property manager contacted me several times throughout the stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Building was a little hard to find when we arrived at night due to construction. If you get a late check out you need to get your key wristbands updated at security which is in the other tower. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
