We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at this home. There were 6 of us, and we never felt crowded... plenty of room to relax inside and outside. The lanai is located literally 10 feet from the ocean! We saw whales and turtles right from the house - great views through the huge glass sliding doors in the living room and primary bedroom, plus a large table on the lanai and seating on the balcony outside the primary bedroom on the 2nd floor! There are incredible ocean views from the primary bedroom and the loft bedroom. The 3rd bedroom has nice views towards the mountains. The home was well equipped with supplies. Walks on the beach were also wonderful on the soft sand (you can enter right by the carport), and the roads throughout the neighborhood were perfect for walking and running. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone who wants fantastic ocean views right out your door.

We loved having four toilets for five people! The extra powder room in the third bedroom is a nice bonus. The views are incredible! We saw tons of sea turtles and whales off of the lanai.

Noisy location!

This unit was clean, well equipped, and had a very practical layout for our family of two adult couples plus two teenagers. Highlight was the waterfront location with covered patio a mere 20 feet from water’s edge! Wonderful sound of ocean waves, 24 hours a day.Not so wonderful was the major road about 50’ from the front door. In fairness, the ocean drowned out the traffic noise completely in the rear bedroom and the front bedroom was acceptably quiet as long as the windows were closed and the air conditioner was running.Not acceptable and no fault of the owners was the extremely annoying rooster living nearby that started crowing every morning between 4:20 and 5:00 am. Ear plugs were a necessity if you want to sleep later than 5 am and if you are a light sleeper, I would find accommodations in a building several floors above ground level. There are feral chickens everywhere on Maui so I imagine the early morning crowing is common in many locations.

Beautiful location!

We loved the ocean views and amazing sunsets! We saw lots of whale and sea turtle action right out front. There was plenty of room for six adults in the unit and the beds were comfy. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It is located in a gated community, so it felt private and quiet. The older gentleman who works security seemed to be a little over-zealous, but I’m sure he’s protective of his neighborhood. Karen was a very communicative, friendly, and responsive host. The people of Lahaina were very warm and hospitable. We had a wonderful time and would love to return someday.

50th birthday trip!

First off…. The views are absolutely breathtaking! We saw turtles everyday swimming by right us! I can only imagine what staying there during whale migration would be like! The property is cozily situated in a well maintained gated community with access to beaches and about a twenty minute walk into Lahaina. We had a wonderful stay on the island and everything we needed was in the house. We were able to grill on the lanai some nights enjoying amazing sunsets! You can’t beat it! Communication with host was easy and always with a prompt response. I would not hesitate to stay here again for my next trip to Maui. We had 5 adults and plenty of space!

A perfect oceanfront retreat in paradise!

Our family recently had the privilege of staying at this oceanfront Vrbo in Lahaina, Maui, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the mesmerizing sound of the waves and the breathtaking views that greeted us. The location of the Vrbo was simply perfect! Each evening, we eagerly awaited the magnificent sunsets that painted the sky with vibrant hues, casting a magical ambiance over our time together. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the oceanfront patio. It became our favorite gathering spot, where we could enjoy meals while feeling the gentle ocean breeze. The sight of our family laughing and sharing stories against the amazing backdrop was a picture-perfect moment we will treasure forever. We also appreciated the convenient location of the Vrbo. Within a short drive, we were able to explore the charming town of Lahaina. We found ourselves enchanted by the rich history and culture of the area. Our three nights at this oceanfront Vrbo were an absolute dream come true. If you are looking for a slice of paradise on Maui, we wholeheartedly recommend this exquisite retreat for an unforgettable experience. Fantastic view!

We all enjoyed the location of the property. It was wonderful setting on the lanai watching the turtles swimming! Too many rules for property. Didn’t have time to do laundry of all towels & sheets. The sand chairs were in pretty bad shape & we had 6 people with only 3 chairs. Overall was comfortable there.

Great location but.......

First off the location is great! The townhouse is located near beaches, restaurants, and stores. It also is just a few steps to the beach right in the backyard. The home unfortunately was not clean. The sheets looked dingy and the place had lots of dust. I cleaned the counters before I started cooking and I'm glad I did because so much dirt came up. This place also needs to be updated, the furniture looks old and the beds are hard.The host made such a point of taking in sand but it's pretty much impossible even with the hose infant and back. The host also wanted the towels washed, customers pay the expensive cleaning fees so we don't have to spend our vacation doing laundry. Lastly this is out of the host control but when coming back to the home someone was in the designated parking spot, when we asked him to move he told us we could park in another spot. He did eventually move but maybe a sign can be put up because it's hard to find a spot at night especially when you have small children you are trying to carry in.

Beautiful!!

This was just perfect!! Beautiful property, right on the water with spectacular sunsets! We loved listening to the waves at night, it couldn’t get much better! Karen was communicative prior to our stay and easy to text with anything during the stay. Very nice!! We would definitely recommend this property as it was beautiful and close to old LaHaina, we walked it, very pretty! Just a suggestion, maybe some folding luggage racks might be helpful for guests as we had our luggage on the floor. Other than that minor suggestion, it was sooooo pretty and comfortable!! A+ in our books! Would definitely stay again!! Blessed to share such an amazing experience!! Thank you Karen!!

Beach Vacation

The property location is great. The townhome is on the beach and it’s an excellent place to watch the sea turtles and relax in the morning. The beach is swimmable but there is not an area directly in front of the house to sit on the beach for the day. The house has a master bedroom that faces the ocean and is nice. The second bedroom has a queen bed and faces the back of the townhome and highway. There is a loft with two twins or they will make it a king. We requested a king and ended up with two twins. It was great to hear the waves but not so great to hear the highway noise all night. The house was laid out well but would be nice to have a vacuum to clean while we were there. The house had a broom but it was pretty worn out. The cooler on the porch still had items from previous guests. The pool on the property is dated and in rough shape. The location of the pool was fantastic and we were bummed it was unmaintained and we didn’t want to use it. The neighborhood and neighbors were excellent, very friendly and lots of area for walking. The property manager was great for helping us check in and the directions were clear. We appreciated the follow up and clear directions and expectations of the property.

Watch and Listen to the Tide Roll In

A delightful townhouse in a gated community. My wife and I celebrated my 50th with 2 my two dearest friends and their wives. It was excellent. The place had everything we needed and desired. The main bedroom has an en suite bathroom, a balcony, and an amzing view of the ocean and shore. Beach access is available but it's mostly shore and rocky after the first 15 feet of walking in. But the back lanai has the same gorgeous view as the balcony and we enjoyed every second of it. Would recommend if staying with a group on Maui..

Lahaina paradise

Sunsets, waves, turtles and beautiful property in Lahaina. We really enjoyed the lanai's, pools, checking out Lahaina town and having the local experience. The guest guidebook was clear and informative and everything was as stated and in good working order. We stayed in both Wailea (hotel) and Lahaina and this was my personal favorite. I'd highly recommend this property, it was a highlight of our time in Maui.

Great location but poor access to water

This was a large townhouse with great views of the ocean. We could watch the boats, surfers, and you can also get a view of the sea turtles in the water. The townhouse was spacious however it felt smaller than the photos. We did have (6) adults and one two year old. This unit was functional but a bit dated. Very poor access to the water. The beach was very small and mostly rocky. This unit was far from the complex entrance and away from Lahaina. It would be a very long walk to town and the streets are small with no sidewalks. The entire complex was absolutely beautiful and well maintained but pools were very dated. I assume improvements will be made in the near future. Great communications with owner but poor beach access with no real beach to relax and enjoy a drink.

We thoroughly enjoyed the property and surrounding grounds. Nice neighborhood, easy access to downtown shops and restaurants, and comfortable accommodations. Street noise was substantial for one of the bedrooms. The sounds of the waves and view made up for it. Mahalo!

Maui Delight

This property is as described; amazing location just feet from the ocean. We saw whales and sea turtles daily, along with beautiful sunsets and enjoyed the wonderful sounds of relaxing waves. The unit was comfortable for four adults but found the cleanliness to be sub-par. Would also recommend a better pest control program to minimize the uninvited guests. Overall we enjoyed our visit; loved the proximity to all amenities and had everything that we needed for a fun, relaxing vacation.

Amazing view

Unit was as advertised, clean, spacious, and peaceful. Except for the waves, they were loud. Karen was always available with questions. The location was close to shops and beaches. Would definitely come back.
