Beautiful ocean views from one of two balconies. A very nice spacious one bedroom two bath condo. Very big and open living room. Sitting on the couch looking out at the ocean. Highly recommend this room. Would stay here again in the future

Beach view is exactly what we wanted! We ate breakfast every morning out on the patio with that gorgeous view! The unit itself was great. We ate at the restaurant Kaptain Jack’s located on the property and had excellent food and service.AC only in the bedroom and we cleaned the outdoor patio glass on the deck so when we sat out there, we could actually see clearly they were disgustingly dirty, which would be really our only complaint.

Location was great. On the beach, grounds were beautiful. The condo had everything that you would need, but the cleanliness was really lacking. The clock in bedroom did not work, the floors were filthy. Walked from living room to bathroom and back and the bottom of my feet were black. With Covid on the rise one would think it would be cleaned better.

Amazing place to stay!

You don’t even need to leave the resort! Amazing beach views from the unit, the beach is right there too, great restaurant onsite if you don’t feel like cooking. There’s a nice kitchen if you feel like cooking: it was nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit and 2 bathrooms. Conveniently located too!

Perfect for our little family!

Loved our stay! We felt it was even better than the pictures, and was a very good size one bedroom 2 bathroom unit! We weren't sure how the ocean view would be, and it exceeded expectations, the ocean was right in front of us! The swimming at the beach was great, the pool was great (especially the baby pool!) and we just loved our stay. Great location near Kaanapali and Lahaina! Two of our favorite places in Maui.

We spent eight fabulous days in this condo. The views from the deck were wonderful and the location was perfect for day trips to Lahaina and Kapalua when we weren’t enjoying the beach right here at the resort!!! We will definitely be back hopefully during whale watching season!!!

Amazing with minor issue

Our stay was absolutely amazing. There was one small issue , the door wouldn’t lock from the outside nor the inside, yet the the lock would click and the when going to unlock with the card it also made the sounds as if it was unlocking it. I always double check the doors or I wouldn’t have even noticed. . I discovered this at around 8 or 9 pm when going to take out the trash. I called and they sent maintenance over almost immediately. Even though the guy said he fixed it , it didn’t get fixed so I had to sleep lightly and with some stuff in front of the door. The next morning I called and they sent another crew out who did actually fix the lock box and then I could sleep somewhat peacefully. But because that happened and it didn’t work the first time I was sceptic and checked even more frequently than I should have. Other than that issue it was amazing.

Wonderful Unit!

Always love SOK and This unit was wonderful! That, and Sullivan Properties made it easy. Great rate and perfect unit. It was nice that former guests had left some useful beach equipment. We too left something for the next guest. We enjoyed sunshine and whale watching from one of our lanias. The other lanai was great for morning coffee and privacy. We had 4 in our party and still had plenty of space. Would definitely rent this unit again.

Location was good. Shops nearby. Great value for the unit. Nothing fancy but was everything we needed. Visited in early March and had great views of whales and sunset. Gym was a bit disappointing but had some equipment to work out. Overall would recommend.

Relaxing stay close to the good stuff

We enjoyed the property, specifically the size and walking distance to Maui Brewing / coffee shop. The view of the beach is just above the side of the building, which was a maintenance storage area. The 2nd balcony has a view of the parking lot. We would have preferred otherwise, but overall enjoyed our stay immensely!

Nice room, beautiful view!

The one bedroom was really nice with two lanais. Beautiful view of the beach and ocean from living room lanai. Walking distance to coffee and of course The ABC Store! (about 1 mile one way) The property manager was easy to get in touch with and very helpful.
