To set context we were a family of 23 including 12 kids ranging 14 to 1. The property is ideal for a large family. The rooms are spacious, quiet and the location makes it easy to shop for food. The description indicates beach access. While true one should know the beach is really only useable at low tide. But there is a beach park a couple of minutes walk down the road. The pool area isn’t in the sun so fairly cold and dark, at least at Christmas. So is the dining area. So we hardly used either. But the large dining room at the top of the building is wonderful. A couple of appliances weren’t functional. The property manager was responsive and attentive. Overall a good experience but with a little work on the property it could be even better.

This property was amazing. So much space! We had a group of 23 and we were not crowded at all!! It was super clean and beautiful. Very close to excellent snorkeling beaches! We loved the property and the manager was wonderful! Very responsive and helpful!!

Absolutely perfect! This property was everything we needed and more! The house was so well appointed and the property managers were more than accommodating. The location is convenient to exploring the entire West side. Larger families should not think twice about booking. It’s the perfect place to have quality time together but also recharge in a very private room suite!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this vacation rental! The property offered private access to the beach—while there wasn’t much sand for lounging, the snorkeling was incredible. The house itself was spacious and well thought out, with 11 rooms, each featuring its own bathroom, air conditioning, balcony, and mini fridge.It truly had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay, from beach towels and pool floats to a well-stocked kitchen complete with spices. There were even two refrigerators (one in the kitchen and another by the BBQ area), plus both a Keurig and a regular coffee maker. The views from the kitchen were simply stunning.We had a large group of 27 people, and we never once felt crowded—the layout and size of the home made it perfect for groups. It was honestly one of the best vacations I’ve ever had.One thing to note: there are quite a few stairs to climb daily, especially to access the kitchen, so this might be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues. That said, the location couldn’t have been better—walking distance to a park, coffee shop, store, and restaurants.I would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a beautiful, spacious place to enjoy a memorable vacation!

50th Wedding Anniversary with Entire Family

The property was great, it provided each of our Five Sons and their children plenty of space with privacy in each of their rooms! The pool was our only disappointment, but that wasn’t a problem because everyone headed to the beaches to swim, snorkel and build sand castles! Great way to celebrate our 50th anniversary with all 26 of us!

This house is amazing!! It was perfect because everyone can have their own space but there are also large gathering spaces available. The gym was a great added bonus. Lots of turtles in the ocean by the house. Good places to eat within walking distance.

This house was perfect for our family of 27! The beach out front was such a blessing for the little ones, but I suggest water shoes as the rocks are sharp around that area and several of us cut our feet. The house is centrally located to other beaches and good snorkeling locations, although the snorkeling from the beach in front of the house was also great - we saw sea turtles, eels, fish and even a seal! The kitchen is on the 4th floor, which means you have quite a few stairs to climb, so just make note of that. Myra was very attentive and I recommend this home!

Clean, roomy…. Gorgeous!

I was here for a family reunion, and we had an amazing time! Our host was so helpful; she greeted us when we arrived and gave us a full tour. All of the rooms were well appointed clean and very roomy. No one was disappointed with their space... The property was four stories tall so if anyone had a mobility issue, this could be a problem… The only thing missing was an elevator, but besides that it was an amazing stay, and I would highly recommend to anyone with a larger group..

Beautiful home just steps from the ocean

This was a hotel turned into a home. Each room was huge and I loved that every room had a bathroom as well as its own AC unit. The beds were super comfortable with high quality sheets and pillows. We loved playing on the beach which was literally steps away from the home and watching the sunset (we even saw a few whales). There were also lots of sea turtles that hung out in the water so we’d get excited every time one popped its head out. We had a group of 22 people ranging in age from their 60’s down to 2 and everyone had an amazing time.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The house is actually better than what you see from the pictures online. Location is perfect. The best part, though, are the hosts. Myra and Andrew were so nice and accommodating. If you are considering this property, I promise that you will not regret it. I hope we get another opportunity to stay here again.

Great location/good for multiple families

Great location between Kaanapali and Kapalua. Private sleeping quarters, media room, gym, nice top floor communal area with a view of the ocean. Watched whales breach from inside the house. Sea turtles on the beach. There are lots of stairs, but as long as you are able to climb them it’s not an issue. Would definitely recommend for those traveling with a large group.

Unforgettable Family Getaway At A Stunning Lahaina Villa

MAUI VILLA REVIEW – DECEMBER 2024Our family of 19, ranging in age from 7 to 82, enjoyed a once-in-a-lifetime vacation at this stunning Lahaina villa in December 2024. The on-island hosts, Leanna and Myra, welcomed us with a tour and were readily available throughout our stay.The villa exceeded all expectations. With room for 32 guests, each suite featured king beds, sectional couches, private bathrooms, and fridges (except the cozy top-floor room). The open layout was ideal for our family, especially for our 7- and 8-year-old grandchildren.We loved the spacious top-floor kitchen with two large refrigerators, two dishwashers, and ample seating, plus a festive Christmas tree. The pool, large barbecues, and stocked beach essentials, including chairs, toys, and towels, made our stay seamless and enjoyable.Our granddaughter summed it up best: her favorite part was being together under one roof. This villa provided the perfect backdrop for unforgettable memories and exceeded every expectation!

Best 50th birthday celebration!

My husband wanted to have his close friends under 1 roof to celebrate his 50th and this place was perfect! We had 23 people and it was great that couples could have their own master bedroom and we could all come together on the 4th floor! The rooms are spacious and beautiful! Highly recommend!

Great place to stay with a large group. Place presented just like the pictures. We had 20 adults and 12 kids ranging from 3 months to 13 years in our group. Everyone had more than enough space and privacy when needed. The management group was quick and attentive to all of our needs/requests. The kids didn't want to leave, The group can't wait to come back.

Our 3rd Stay

After staying here for a 3rd time, I decided to leave a review. This is such a fantastic home in the best location on Maui. We LOVE having the private beach in our own backyard, plenty of space to gather as a family with privacy in the bedrooms if we want it. The teens work out in the fitness center, the kids play in the pool and the adults lay out on the beach, all without leaving! Thank you so much
