"The house was exactly as described with plenty of sleeping and common spaces for our two families of 4. The location had great access to activities (parks, ATV, zip lines). The beach club pool and bar were a great bonus. Rob was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to issues and questions. We would definitely come back."

"Hace menos de un año nos hospedamos en una de las propiedades y sin duda obtuvo 100 este año quisimos volver y probar otra propiedad y la sorpresa fue expectativa / realidad habían luces que no encendían el baño de arriba a veces si encendia a veces no el cuarto que no tiene baño igual varias luces en la cocina no encendían en general la casa no estaba limpia, no nos advirtieron que frente a la propiedad estaban construyendo y a las 7 am iniciaban movimientos de tierra ( ruidos de vagonetas,...

"It would've been nice to have the a/c units and fan on upon entering. There was no hot water the first night but the hosts took care of it the next day. Ants were a problem in the kitchen and upstairs... when we got home one evening, there was mice droppings on the kitchen counter....the house is beautifully made and laid out well. It needs a good deep cleaning and pest control."

"The property itself was quite nice and the beach is great. However, we were battling cockroaches the entire time. We probably killed around 12 roaches. And we left bread on the counter for an afternoon and it was covered in tiny bugs. This is our mistake too, but the bugs were just too overwhelming. The owner is very kind and communicative. The only downside is the war on bugs during our stay."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Beachfront Bungalow on Playa Hermosa. The bungalow was just perfect for the four of us with comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, great huge front deck, amazing location, and safe and clean. We loved being able to just walk about 100 yards to one of the most beautiful beaches we've ever seen. The property manager was very responsive and helped immediately when we had an issue with the kitchen faucet. I would recommend this property to anyone...it was that great! "
