"It is actually difficult to pick what’s best about this place, is it that you are less than a minute walk from the beach, or that it feels incredibly spacious yet warm and cozy inside, or the above-and-beyond amenities that Pete and Cathy have included? The only thing that would’ve made this place literal perfection was a view, but you can even have one if you are able to book their top floor.Please, if you stay here, take full advantage of those amenities, they have bikes, wetsuits, outdoor...

"We so enjoyed the condo. Very close to the downtown San Clemente area. The walk to the beach is downhill so much harder to walk up. But taking the trolley was very fun and free. The host was excellent communicating with us. We had a couple issues which were fixed right away. Thank you. "

"This is a unique property. It’s definitely meant for a younger person as you have to climb a straight ladder about 10 feet up for the loft bedroom. There aren’t any walls around the loft bedroom so no privacy. Very clean and although the code didn’t work one time from the garage but the host got me a working code."
