Quiet and tranquil

A beautiful, peaceful place to rest and re-energise. There's a great selection of DVDS, CDs and games. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom is modern and spacious, and the kitchen has most things that you'll need (an extra frypan would be helpful). It's a bit of a drive to get to places, but it's pleasant, scenic, and well worth being out of the hubbub. Wayne and Michelle are friendly and helpful and respond to messages instantly.We are already looking at dates to stay again!

Perfect peaceful retreat

We had a fantastic time away for our wedding anniversary with our two dogs. Plenty of space in the glade for relaxing among the wildlife and nature. Even had a few visits from the local wombat and birdlife. Great spot on the deck for the sunset and a BBQ. Clean, well kept accommodation and we will certainly be back!

Back to nature getaway

We have been to Knights Ridge for the past 3 years and we love it every time. It's not too far away to get to but far enough that we feel like we have fully stepped away from the daily grind. We go in Winter time and the chilly misty mornings are one of my favourite things to enjoy with a hot coffee. We love Knights Ridge and will always reccommend it to othwes who need somewhere calm to go to reset and relax. Wayne and Michelle are lovely and their communication is great. Thank you for having us again!

Fantastic stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If you are looking for peace and quiet book this house. No phone reception and far off the main roads will give you the perfect escape from the city. We even saw a wombat on our night stroll. What a great experience. Our dog also loved running around the huge property. Highly recommend!

Beautiful & serene property

We had a wonderful, relaxing time at Knight's Ridge and got to see wallabies and wombats during easy walks on the property. The house is very comfortable and stayed warm on cool days even without the fire. I plan to come back as often as possible! My 13yr-old daughter said: Do I recommend it? YES!!!

Pleasant enough

I was well catered for at Knights Ridge as both the kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. There were plenty of games and some DVDs. The dogs and I enjoyed great walks in the surrounding bush. The hosts were great I was wishing I had a 4WD for the last part of the journey there. The one thing that detracted from the experience and the place was the broken outdoor furniture and other rubbish that was around parts of the property.

Peaceful

Awesome place. Profoundly peaceful and restorative. It’s clear Michelle and Wayne take a lot of pride in the place and the love shows. The house was spotless and the bed was the comfiest ever. Slept so well. The pups had the time of their lives playing in the creek and chasing butterflies. Needed to contact Michelle and Wayne on two occasions and they were a breeze to deal with. Would love to stay again.

Wonderful and quirky

My wife and I and our two dogs had a lovely stay at this property. Really neat eco-house with lots of eclectic furniture and decorations. House was very clean and the hosts were very generous with lots of appliances, music and neat furniture. Would be very happy to stay at this property again.

The perfect country getaway!

This has to be one of the most incredible country getaways I have ever been to! Only 1hr outside of Sydney, you feel like you are miles away in your own secluded and private country retreat. The cabin is filled with everything you need and is styled so beautifully with a true Aussie rustic charm. Highly recommend and we would love to come back.

Relaxing spot in the valley

We loved the peacefulness of the place. It was well maintained and a perfect opportunity for our family to relax and unwind. Lots of space for everyone to move around and explore the surroundings. We had everything we needed and it was a perfect place to spend the Christmas holidays. The host was friendly, provided all the necessary informations, and was very easy to communicate with. Highly recommended!
