Coffee shop and small grocery are just around the corner.Listing is accurate and host communicates very well.We found the studio apartment to be tidy and the bed comfortable. There are residents with families living in the other units beside and above.This is a residential area across from a community park and near a school. Lots of family activity in the neighborhood. Area is very walkable."

Loved all of the amenities the property had to offer making this stay an enjoyable, fun, high activity stay! There was nothing preventing us from being bored or demanding a vehicle to get around! "I stayed there for 2 weeks, a few days before check out I requested to extend for 2 more weeks. The schedule was open but they didn’t respond until someone booked a 1 day stay a day before my check out date and then said it’s no longer available the night before check out. I didn’t see the message so the cleaners came and threw all my stuff in a bag and put in the gym. They didn’t get my laptop or books out of the unit so they clearly didn’t clean that well or else it would have been in the bag...

"The place was clean and the owner always responded to any questions I had. The parking is in a very tight spot so don’t have any thing bigger than a car. And there’s no other parking around the place. "

"The location is nice, close to restaurants and Disney. the only issue we had was the floor was a little dirty. When wearing no shoes or just our socks around the location, our feet and white socks were black on the bottom after an hour of walking around."

"My family of 4 stayed at this property in June 2026 and it was WONDERFUL! The location is perfect; right on the main street of San Clemente, within walking distance of many restaurants, shops and the beach/pier. The unit itself was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. I really appreciated the in-unit washer and dryer as well.
