"What an absolute gem of a property! I come to Hove for business and have always stayed quite some distance away (Hayward Heath) due to the lack of secure parking at most properties in the area. So to find this fabulous property so close to my customer’s site was fantastic. Off street parking on the drive of the property means no hunting for a parking space. Communication was great throughout, with quick and helpful responses to any questions I had. "The only things nice is how close is to the sea side, need to be careful for any extra charges, thankfully my bank didn’t let the transaction go through and sent me a new card, but still was able to stay without paying those charges (almost £140)"

"We arrived at 6:30pm and were told there was not a room for us. The staff were unable to help and unwilling to provide more information on who owns the hotel. I strongly suspect the hotel does not comply with heath and safety rules. We received a refund from Expedia, but I would not have any confidence in receiving a refund directly from the hotel. Stay away."

"Wonderful small hotel in Kemptown. Beautifully presented. Spacious room with side sea view. Separate bath as well shower. Good selection at breakfast. Cocktails in fridge along with fresh milk for tea and coffee. Friendly and helpful staff. Very short walk to beach, a bit further into the centre of Brighton. Highly recommend"
