Our vacation rental was very adequately supplied and clean. The ocean is practically outside the door and down the stairs. Very short walk to coffee, cafes, and restaurants. Short walk or drive to other beaches, activities, and downtown Laguna Beach. Very easy communication with our host. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Not a three bedroom! This is a two bedroom house with a sofa sleeper in the living room - shame on me for not looking at the pictures and description more closely, but the title is misleading.If you intend on using the sofa sleeper you may confirm there is full bedding available because our first night we did not have a comforter for the sofa bed. The house is tiny (as advertised) but the rooms are stuffed with furniture and it is hard to move around. The laundry machine and dryer were both functional, but both had broken buttons and some of the settings were unavailable. Bring your own coffee grounds!The location was FANTASTIC. Perfect for shopping, walking to coffee and lunch spots, and a gorgeous beach view. Check-in and check-out was seamless.

Great location and wonderful views. Saw dolphins a few days. A bit tight for 4 people but close friends make it work. Needs to be stocked a bit better. Overall, we would rexommend it.

The location was perfect! A staircase right out the front door to the beach. We enjoyed the sunset from our living room, a nice breeze, quiet, not alot of people on the beach. Very comfortable location!!

This was a great VRBO! We’ve always stayed right near the main beach so I wasn’t sure how we’d like the location, but it was great. The view from the living room and patio was beautiful and so convenient with kids being able to go back and forth from the beach as they please. We would definitely stay here again!

Only had two nights, but loved the location, the views and proximity to the Pacific. The home was great, close to much of what Laguna has to offer. We enjoyed the patio, the firepit and the coastal access immensely

We really enjoyed the property and location. Had trouble figuring out how to operate the AC, but only needed it one afternoon and didn’t bother asking the owner. I’m sure it was an easy solution. Great location

My kids were so happy being so close to the beach. They were able to come and go very easily from this property. The property manager was very helpful and made sure every need we had was met. They even door dashed us an extra blanket.

Great spot in Laguna Beach

You really can't beat the location of this property. It is right by the ocean with a great view. We used the kitchen a lot for meals so we didnt have to eat out as much. We highly recommend Heidelburg Cafe for breakfast and Saphire for a nice meal. Also the grocery store Raphs is nearby. The firepit was great for doing smores.Having the garage for our car was a real bonus considering the parking situation in that area. Also I should note the host was prompt in getting back to us when we had questions.

Great weekend!

We stayed here for a wedding in Laguna Beach and enjoyed the incredible location to the beach and town. Everything was in walking distance and the fire pit area was a great place to sit and enjoy some good conversation.
