This was the perfect experience for what we needed. The house is impeccably kept, and super cute. It is on PCH so it's a bit loud, but loved we had privacy with our own bungalo and separate outdoor area with a grill and firepit. The parking was easy and super close by, which we loved. It was also easily accessible to the beach if you're willing to go on a walk and climb hills. If we had anything to nit-pick, it's the bed. The bed is really uncomfortable. We loved all the storage and the bathroom was great as well - but the bed slopes on one side and is really hard. We even bought a mattress pad after the first night, and it didn't provide too much relief. Other than that one minor complaint, the rest of the stay was fantastic! A hose at the water spigot outside would also be beneficial for rinsing off sand and avoiding overuse of the water on the patio. We will definitely be back as we have family in Laguna and Ladera Ranch and the location and coziness was perfect!
