We love the location!

Sufficient kitchen appliances, garbage bags, we bought paper towels but there was plenty there already.Beds (other than lower br) were very soft - pillows were good. The floors were not super clean but enough.Showers were good except lower bd shower. Hot then cold. Beach chairs mostly were broken. Floor mat dumped next to steps for laundry. Could use a laundry basket or two. Thanks for the coffee!

Overall, nice place

Great hosts! Breath-taking views! House could use a little work. The main deck rail is dangerously loose and outdoor lighting could be better. But, a great location close to town and restaurants. We had a great time!

Traditional Beach Home

Perfect location! Could not have been a better location to watch the sunset and enjoy ocean and beach strolls. Very private and quiet beach. Wonderful 4th of July stay, we were able to see multiple firework shows.

Cozy for extended families

This home was in a great location. The layout is a little quirky, but if you aren't too picky, it is workable. The largest unit has the fewest sleeping areas, but 2 bathrooms. The unit with more places to sleep has only 1 bathroom. It just took us a minute to figure out where to place everyone. Luckily we are all one family: grandparents, 2 adult children and their families, so it was fine. None of the units was large enough for all of us to eat at the same table. Again, we ate on the couches, standing around, etc., not too much of a problem for us, but perhaps others wouldn't like it. The view was great. The beach is so close! And the outdoor seating would have been a better option for dining, if it hadn't rained every day that we were there :) This is a great house!!

Great place and view minus the beach clean up

The view is amazing and the place is great. Older beach house which gives the vibe of Laguna. Loved the place the only issue is there was beach clean up going on right below us. Not from the oil spill but something from the hospital next door leaking diesel and draining to the beach. I wish we would of been aware prior to coming. I know there’s nothing the property manager could do but having a heads up that there would be crews using the “private” steps to the beach as access for the work and to monitor through the day and night. The crews were nice and friendly but would of been nice to know so when I see two guys in yellow vests walking up from the steps at 9 pm at night and sitting by my vehicles I didn’t have to figure out what was going on. The excavator the last morning digging did kind of ruin our last morning on the balcony trying to enjoy some coffee. the crews using gas monitors down there too wasn’t a nice feeling. Overall the place was great, the construction/beach clean up should of been communicated and was an annoyance for the trip.

Family vaca

This house was a wonderful location. Close to some great, quiet restaurants and a liquor store/market. The beach was private and water was beautiful and clear with lots of chairs/beach toys. And multiple outdoor areas to relax. Michael was a great host and responded to our questions and needs very quickly. We will definitely be back!

Location. Location. Location.

Have I mentioned the location? You'd be hard-pressed to find a better location anywhere in SoCal. Are there bigger, fancier, and more modern accommodations out there? Sure. Cheaper? Of course! But for our family and this special occasion, this was absolutely PERFECT and the property manager was a pleasure to work with. What more can you ask for? A true blessing!

Best Views and location ever

Amazing stay at multi unit beach house near 1,000 steps beach in S Laguna Beach. Michael made check in and check out easy. The location is AMAZING and the views are second to none. We swam, surfed and enjoyed the ocean right out in front of the house. What a dream to sit in the deck and see family and friends surfing right below. Location could not be beat. We had the beach to ourselves at times as there are steps right from the deck to the beach. Amazing. The house has Been upgraded somewhat and is in need if some cosmetic Repairs. The price a house pays for being “on the beach”. But if you are looking for a place for a group to stay right on the beach where each group can have their own space (3 separate units) this is a very fun choice.
