"Our family had the best time at Don’s lake house. The grounds are amazing with lakefront access. The fire pit and gazebo were big hits. Don was super communicative and answered any questions we had. There was plenty of room for our whole family and we can’t to return. "

"This is an amazing and perfect secluded spot, yet still close to everything. Our host provided all the essentials and we felt right at home as soon as we arrived! First time staying in a yurt- I’m hooked:). "

"Great stay to be so close to the lake. Provided plenty of lake accessories so you would need to pack minimal equipment. The pictures are a little deceiving as you are on top of a steep hill with Route 39 (which is busy) between the house and dock. We brought our dogs who are well behaved and stay pretty close. I would be concerned if my dog did not have good recall or young children. However, being situated on top of the hill provides a nice view! "

"We had a really nice stay at the house! It’s clean and very well maintained. 5 min drive to New Paltz and less than half hour drive to Mohonk or Minnewaska state parks. Fenced-in backyard is such a huge plus if you bring your dog (we had to leave ours behind unfortunately) - not manly properties offers this feature! "

"We had a fantastic few days at Bellavista with a large group of friends. We enjoyed the gorgeous views, the peace and quiet and secluded nature of the property, the space and the facilities. The garden was extremely enjoyable with the swimming pool, the fire pit and so much more! Thank you!We hope we will be able to come back again soon and really recommend this property."

"Kerry’s place was absolutely amazing. The property matches the photos exactly but the pictures don’t even do justice to the view this property has. You are right on the water, within 5-10 min from town and have all the best amenities. I would highly recommend staying here and definitely will look to stay here again in the future. Thanks Kerry!
