  • El Apartamento Carvoeiro By the Sea 1 es un refugio acogedor y moderno, situado en una ubicación privilegiada a solo 100 m de la Playa del Carvoeiro. El amplio salón de planta abierta es el corazón de este espacio, ofreciendo un ambiente luminoso y relajante, con un cómodo sofá y una decoración contemporánea que invita a momentos de descanso o convivencia en familia.



    El apartamento, totalmente situado en la misma planta, dispone de tres dormitorios espaciosos: un dormitorio principal con cama de matrimonio y baño privado, y dos dormitorios con camas individuales, perfectos para familias o grupos de amigos. Hay también un baño común con ducha, garantizando el máximo confort y practicidad durante la estancia.



    La cocina se integra de forma armoniosa con el salón, creando un ambiente funcional y acogedor, ideal para preparar y compartir comidas en la comodidad del hogar.



    En el exterior, dos terrazas compartidas complementan la experiencia. La terraza inferior cuenta con una mesa de comedor y zona de estar, perfecta para relajarse o saborear comidas al aire libre. La terraza superior ofrece una encantadora vista al mar, donde podrá disfrutar de la puesta de sol y momentos tranquilos con una bebida en la mano.



    A pocos pasos de tiendas, restaurantes y del Paseo de Carvoeiro, este apartamento es el punto de partida perfecto para disfrutar de lo mejor que el Algarve tiene para ofrecer.



    La propiedad está equipada con un moderno sistema de alarma de seguridad. La captación de imágenes es una funcionalidad integrada del sistema de alarma y solo se activa si la alarma está conectada y se acciona en respuesta a una posible intrusión.

Modern comfort just steps from the beach!

We loved the apartment, and the outdoor spaces were absolutely wonderful. Being located just 100 metres from Praia do Carvoeiro beach was an absolute dream, and having everything on one single level made the apartment incredibly accessible and convenient. The open-plan living room and kitchen area is brilliantly bright and modern, and the three bedrooms provided excellent space for our group. We particularly loved the shared terraces—the lower one was perfect for outdoor dining, and the upper terrace offers a spectacular sea view for relaxing at sunset.

Perfect Spot for a Beach Holiday

Our stay was amazing from start to finish. The apartment was spacious, clean, and very well equipped. Great Stay Close to the Beach

We had a fantastic time during our stay. The apartment was bright, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Being so close to the beach and restaurants made everything super convenient. We especially loved the outdoor space and the sea view from the terrace. Would definitely stay again!

Bright and cozy stay by the sea

We loved our time in this modern and welcoming apartment. The living areas were bright and the outdoor terraces offered stunning views of the sea. The location was perfect, with restaurants, shops, and the Carvoeiro Boardwalk just a short walk away. We also appreciated the convenience of the company’s airport transfer service, which made our arrival and departure smooth.

Great location—close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The apartment itself was clean (not the rooftop). Communication was good. A bit small for 6 people. Unfortunately, several major issues really affected our 4-night stay: Strong sewage smell: The horrible sewage smell coming from the master bedroom ensuite from past reviews is still there. The hosts were already aware of the issue, but it has not been fixed. The smell was so bad that it significantly affected everyone’s stay. Extremely noisy at night: There is an open bar directly below the apartment with outdoor karaoke that went on until 3 a.m. every night. It was incredibly loud, and even with earplugs, none of us could get a good night’s sleep. Poor check-in experience: The access code provided to us was incorrect, so we were stuck outside for about 30 minutes while they reset it. Rooftop terrace: The rooftop was poorly maintained and not particularly appealing to use. Basic amenities: Only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one garbage bag were provided for the entire stay Unexpected morning visit: At 9:30 a.m. the morning after we checked in, a man showed up at the apartment. We were told this was “customary.” We had plans and had to wait for him, only to be left with the impression that the visit was primarily to promote/sell activities. Unfortunately due to all this, we can not recommend this place.

Perfect Beachside Escape!

We had an amazing stay at Apartment Carvoeiro By the Sea 1. The location is unbeatable—just a 2-minute walk to the beach and close to great restaurants. The apartment was spacious, clean, and the open living area was perfect for relaxing after a day out. The upper terrace with sea views was a highlight, great for enjoying a drink while watching the sunset. With its prime location and comfortable amenities, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to explore Carvoeiro!

Perfect Family Getaway in the Heart of Carvoeiro

We absolutely loved our stay at Carvoeiro By the Sea 1! The location couldn’t be better, just a short stroll from the beach, shops, and several amazing restaurants. It’s the perfect base to explore the town without needing a car. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The layout worked perfectly for our family of five, with three well-sized bedrooms, including one lovely en-suite room. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the open-plan living area felt very homey. What made our stay even more special were the two terraces. The upper terrace has a beautiful sea view, ideal for enjoying a glass of wine at sunset. The lower terrace was great for our family dinners and relaxing after a day at the beach. Highly recommend this apartment for families or groups looking for comfort, great amenities, and a prime location in Carvoeiro. We’ll definitely be back!

Great location and apartment, some shortcomings

We really enjoyed our time in this apartment, but there were some things that they should improve. First, the beds were rock hard - they must be the cheapest mattresses. There's also items missing that I would expect a VRBO to have when you're staying for multiple days (salt/pepper, dish soap, more than 2 rolls of toilet paper, paper towels). There was also little communication on items that I expect - for instance, where to take the garbage/recycling if needed (there's public garbage and recycling apparently).At the time we visited, parking 2 blocks away was readily available, but may not be so in the busy season. The location was super close to the beach, restaurants, and stores, and that was great.

Total Disregard for Guests

The location was amazing and the apartment would have been great had it not been for the stink caused by plumbing issues. When we arrived we could smell a slightly unpleasant odour. after coming back from a walk and dinner the smell was terrible. We informed the owners that we felt they had a plumbing problem and they should send a plumber to fix the faulty trap in the in the ensuite bathroom. They asked if we had checked the drain in the shower, we told them we had not even used that shower because the stench was so bad. The owner then agreed to send a cleaner who simply masked the smell. We had checked the shower and the floor wasn't wet. We let the owner know that the smell had only been masked. They said that the tide caused the smell. We discoverd the only way we could control the smell was to run the water in the shower every 3-4 hours to fill the trap. If we left the unit for more than 4-5 hours the smell was horrible. We had to get up 2-3 times a night to run water in the shower to prevent the smell from returning. we were all suffering with headaches and nausea. We asked again for a plumber and they refused. We asked to be relocated, they refused. We asked for a reduction in our rate they refused. we asked VRBO to provide a resolution/refund and they made a lame excuse about their IT systems not integrating. We did not have the money to just walk away and find another place, both Algarve Vacation Rentals and VRBO let us down. Stay away from both of these companies.
