"Me, myself and I spend one week in this cosy and fully equiped appartment a week in Juny 2021. It was also very quiet, only the ocean waves made sounds. It was very clean. A parking lot belongs to this appartment. I can recommend this appartment for one or two person. Saozhana was very carring and gave me many good recomendations for food and sightseeing."

"The view was beautiful and we enjoyed walking to 4 Platanos restaurant for dinner. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was clean. The patio was perfect for eating breakfast and stargazing in comfortable seats. There was plenty of street parking in front of the building. We would definitely stay there again. "

"Place is ideal for getting to center of city quickly. Little noisy on corner to sleep but overall suitable for what we wanted. Property manager was super super supportive and helpful right from the beginning whish was a huge blessing!!! We stayed 4 nights which was most of our week in the Azores. "Our visit to Ponta Delgada was very memorable. Pedro met us at the house for check in and his communication was excellent. Pedro surprised us by providing several cold waters, local fruits, beer, wine and juices and snacks for the kids. This was a great surprise especially as we had a day and night of travel. "Accomadations were fine however it was an incredibly stressful situation getting my rental. First they wanted copies of all our guest’s passports and due to internet problems I was unable to send copies. I was then able to send names passport number and dates of birth. Then the following day of check in I had to send passport expiration dates and was already traveling and at the airport making it very difficult. "The property met all of the needs of our multi generational family. Great location easy to walk or drive anywhere we wanted to go to! I would highly recommend this location to anyone travelli ng to Sao Miguel. Easy place to get to from the airport and puts you right in the center of the island. Ribiera Grande is the bees knees!!!!"
