"When arriving the bearmat was disconnected. When entering the house know there is no air conditioning so if you are sensitive to heat I wouldnt reccomend staying. The floor of the living room was heavily scratched. The deck of the balcony should be checked because some boards are loose and could be a tripping hazard. Was some cleanliness issues like spider webs inside in multiple places leading to a spider dropping from the vaulted ceiling onto my mother's head. Which most in the group found funny but she didn't. "Good property, as advertised, clean, very well furnished and road and driveway were snow plowed during a snowstorm. There were some maintenance items. Two broken dining room chairs, and a wonky coffee maker- need weights on top to work properly, These items were communicated to VRBO, so hopefully it should not be an issue in the future. There are extra folding chairs, so the broken chairs weren't an impact. VRBO was very helpful and easy to reach."

We communicated several times with the manager that we never received parking passes. We were told each day that they 'were on the way', but we never received them. 2.
