My 10 year old son and I very much enjoyed the stay and it is as expected, super cool. Staying in a hobbit hole has now been checked of the old bucket list. "The location was perfect for us as we explored/adventured on Lake Shasta and in Lassen Volcanic National Park. It was also very quiet and peaceful. The unit had everything we needed, the bed was super comfy, and it was really clean. Check-in/out instructions were clear and very simple. "I loved the house! It was perfect for our little getaway. My kids loved the games. Some were missing pieces but overall it was comfortable. The only issue we had was the heat not working on one side of the house but I’m sure it’s been taken care of by now. We had a cozy new year here. I would stay again in the summer to use the pool."

"Well appointed, older home in north Redding near Shasta Lake. Good sized house, very clean, with comfortable beds. Kitchen well equipt. Landload easily accessable and helpful. Quiet neighborhood, on a side street with no traffic. Close to grocery store and near downtown and the mall. No issues, easy stay for us. Would book this house again."

"We stayed at the lake house for five nights in October. We had everything we needed! The weather was a mix of rain and sun, and on the rainy days we were perfectly happy to stay home and enjoy the views, the wildlife, the hot tub, and the well stocked kitchen. We appreciated the water pressure and nice hot water in the showers. Plenty of space to hang out and play games or watch movies. Our favorite was probably just hanging out on the deck talking and enjoying the view."
