"The house was very clean. It has a large kitchen, living room and both bedrooms were of a good size. The beds were very comfortable. When we visited it was in July with temps in the high 90's to low 100's. There were AC units in the kitchen, which cooled the entire front of the house, i.e. kitchen and living room.
