"As this original unit, Gull House, was listed as 3 bedroom and was only 2 and a loft, Rainbow Ridge let us change to Johnson Suite #2. This unit was really nice and we were happy to have what we signed up for and pay the difference. However, after checking in, communication was beyond unacceptable. We were expected to troubleshoot the heat system (would not go above 62) and smoke alarm (beeped low battery at 2am) Calls were not returned and office was closed when stated it would be open.2...

"Hello, It was a pleasure to stay at Prince Cabin,a warm, clean and cozy unit. It will be nice to have a snow shovel, we only find a small brush to use for snow removal. We come to a unpleasant situation on the morning of Jan 1st when somebody come over and cleared the snow from the stairs and front deck of the lodge, it throw the snow from the deck on top to my truck and right in front to the access stairs. The latest storm dropped about a feet of fresh snow and with the one come from the deck...

"The property was exactly as advertised and it was an amazing stay! The unit itself was lovely, everyone had a comfortable stay and the location near Eagle Lodge and near all the restaurants/supermarkets was very convenient. The amenities on-site were also very nice with the sauna and jacuzzi after a day on the slopes. The host was very engaging to my queries on the VRBO app, and made sure that we had all the necessary information for our stay. "

"We had an incredible stay! We were three families traveling with one-year-olds, and the house couldn’t have been a better fit. It was thoughtfully stocked for kids and had plenty of extra spaces for naps and playtime outside the bedrooms. "I enjoyed our stay here. The condo was comfortable and had all the necessities. We were close to a large grocery store and about 4 miles from the slopes. We had a minor problem and contacted the management and they were right on it. They immediately arranged for someone to come check and appreciated our communication. It's nice to know that management will take care of you!!"

"Dentro del parque nacional. Si esperas naturaleza y calma, este no es tu sitio. Es un camping con 700 tiendas de campaña apiladas. Servicios infradimensionados (baños, duchas…), sin calefacción. La zona común donde hay un wifi malo esta saturadisima: dos sitios para comer/cenar, donde la espera para pedir y comer es 3h de colas interminables y calidad muy cuestionable. Las tiendas acumula mucha humedad dente y tienen moho. Solo un enchufe en la tienda. Baños y ducha sucias. Colas eternas para check in. Todo el Complejo está infra dimensionado y se satura, así como el parque en general. Poca o nula señalización y aglomeración de coches y gente en cuellos de botella"
