"Owner is very friendly and helpful. Good quality Motel"

"Handy to the stadium, kids enjoyed the pool and always handy having a kitchen for families"

"Unfortunately this is what you get for this price. Mouldy bathroom ceiling, rooms not cleaned well- cobwebs in corners and rubbish/crumbs under the beds and on a chair. The sheets were clean and beds were comfortable. Rooms are meant to be serviced every day but it’s haphazard, ask if you want anything done. We enjoyed our time here because we made the most of a poor situation and had lots of outings with family."

"Bien en general"

"Great secure car parking under the building and a very clean hotel perfect for business stays in Hamilton. The staff are super friendly and the place was spotless. Repeat customer."

"I did not like the fact I had to drive to another motel to collect key...."

"Quiet, clean with very helpful staff. A short walk to the river walkway which is pleasant way to walk to the city."

"easy for a working week - everything I needed"

"I suppose good value for the cost however I wouldn’t go back. There were lights on all night outside the rooms and the curtains didn’t block it so quite a nuisance. Also the facilities in the kitchen were lacking. The only way to prepare food was with a microwave so quite limiting."

"Was a last-minute booking, price was reasonable. The accommodation was huge and very clean overall; just the outside needs cleaning, and the gardens and lawns need mowing. would stay again"
