"All facilities were available for our needs. unfortunately the springs in the mattress were broken and there were several lumps which we were laying on which resulted in myself getting a sore back. The sofa bed needed cleaning as was very stained. On entering the apartment the floor was very uneven whilst walking on it because the whole apartment seemed as it was subsiding."

"The amenities in the property were very poor. The price I paid for one night stay was extort for the facilities on offer in the property. The heating only worked in the kitchen. The electric heaters in other rooms were present but could not be switched on. There was no hot water in the property. "We recently stayed at Highland Club in The Sacristy. We had an amazing holiday and absolutely loved the location and facilities on offer at The Highland Club. The Sacristy is a gorgeous apartment and has been decorated beautifully but it was let down by one thing - the shower! We weren’t able to use it for the whole week we stayed there which was a huge disappointment as it is a beautiful bathroom. The water was either freezing cold or boiling hot - no in between. "This is a fantastic area with many opportunities to explore the wonderful Highlands. The apartment was spacious and lovely with many conveniences. We all enjoyed the amenities, only issue was swimming pool hours and slots were very limited so no chance to see the pool. However there are many things to do including tennis, chess, pool tables and walks. Very clean and comfortable accommodations and we would love to return! The area is extremely beautiful and the renovated Monastery a real treat!"

"This holiday was amazing. We took over four apartments between 12 family members. We travelled from Manchester and Stirling. What an experience!
