"Clare was amazing from the start. The check in process was very smooth. We had a lot of space, the fittings were of high quality but the sofa and carpet could do with being replaced. "I don’t remember seeing anything about having to park a distance from the lodge and therefore having to carry luggage in the rain up a hill. Also I had presumed electric was included but we had to put £1 coins in the meter. All the cutlery, some of the plates and pans were dirty"
