Public Road and within easy access to the reliable, frequent bus service to Boulder and Louisville. The house has 5 comfortable bedrooms, including 2 queen beds, 1 full bed, and 2 twin beds. Additional beds can be added upon request. Guests enjoy 3 bathrooms; two on the main level and one on the lower level. The kitchen is fully equipped with high end appliances. The lower level has a media room with gaming consoles, and large screen TV and a workout gym area. Separated office space for a remote work area. The space feels terrific with lots of natural light, heating and air conditioning to keep you cozy year-round. A fully fenced backyard with gas fire pit, couch, trampoline, BBQ, and shady trees are welcoming and enjoyable for you and your pets.
