"Our daughter lives in Lafayette and we usually stay at her house when we visit, but it's crowded. This time we decided to try renting a house in downtown Lafayette (which we know well) and it was great. The house is beautifully decorated in a "barn house" theme and the location is terrific re restaurants and shops. Plus a really nice outdoor area to relax. Also a nice place to take a walk in the morning. We'll be back as we visit several times a year."
